Pretty decent, basic amenities, perfect for travelers who wants to explore the city. Breakfast is included to their rate which is an A plus.

As always, excellent customer service. I appreciate that they allowed me to have breakfast even if it is not yet 6am as I need to leave before 6am. Their free shuttle service is really a plus!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel after a long flight, we were greeted by an exceptional team of staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Despite the numerous bags we had in tow, every member of the staff, from the guard to the receptionist, eagerly assisted us, making us feel truly valued as guests. A special mention must be made for Henry at the Front Desk, whose hospitality and professionalism stood out during our stay. From arranging our airport transfer to facilitating our check-in and check-out, Henry's dedication to ensuring our needs were met was evident at every turn, making him a true asset to the hotel. Entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised by its cozy charm. While it may not boast the sleek modernity of newer establishments, the room offered everything we needed and more. The comfortable furnishings, coupled with thoughtful amenities, provided a relaxing haven after a day of travel. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary buffet breakfast offered at Citystate Asturias Hotel. With a wide array of options to choose from, ranging from local delicacies to international favorites, the breakfast spread exceeded our expectations in both variety and taste. It was a delightful start to our day, setting the tone for a memorable stay in Puerto Princesa. Iloveyou that hotol it's so clean and nice place

Not my favourite hotel. Good location for those travelling to El Nido. Towels were very old and not nice. The view from our window was terrible with so sort of old, unnecessary items thrown away right in from the window- huge mess!

Nice room and relaxing place.

While the service at City State Asturias Hotel was commendable, with attentive assistance from the moment of arrival to reaching our room, there were some areas that fell short. The buffet offered limited choices, which was disappointing. Additionally, our room's toilet bathtub was faulty, and despite requesting service, it was not fixed during our stay. Nevertheless, these issues did not significantly impact our overall experience, and we still found our stay to be satisfactory.

The breakfast is great and the dinner buffet good value at 400 pesos. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much hassle for them. Definitely the place to stay in Puerto Princessa.

We had a great stay here. Staff were lovely and the pool was nice. It’s a bit old but it’s excellent for the price. It’s on a main road so it’s not that nice to walk around and explore but you can easily get the bus to the water. The AC is super loud so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I’d stay here again.

The service was excellent. The staff in receiption helped in everything ( consultation, car rental etc.) Food in breakfast was rich and tasty. I can advice to everybody this hotel

Everything was good except for the toilet flush.
