Location is pretty far from downtown so beware if you do not have service, overall all it has been a nice and good experience, relaxing friendly staff.

The trip was decent, however I feel the front office staff could have been more accommodating.

The place is near with the airport. With is convenient to us. Staffs are friendly and kind enough to help us with our questions and issues. Would visit it again.

Still under construction no one there

We stayed for one night to be close to the airport and have a nice pool day. That‘s what the hotel was perfect for! The pool area is great and the restaurant has very nice (Italian) food. The service was very good and definitely the best compared to other hotels we stayed at in the Philippines! The location is close to the airport but I can‘t say anything about shops or bars since we didn‘t leave the hotel. Although the resorts seems to be still in development we found everything we wanted to use in good shape. Would definitely recommend for a few nights!

We are a family of 5 and booked two rooms. The rooms were very spacious with nice balconies overlooking the pool. The breakfast was excellent, the pool and beach activities were fun. They even had a fun game room for the kids. Not too far from the airport and transportation to and from the airport was included. The only negative was the construction noise.

1. The worst part is the staff who are lack of trainings in big time. no greetings when you get there let alone no good byes . They mixed the bills pos machine doesn’t support cards .. just too many . 2. The food is equally the worst , do not have any expectation . 3. The room facilities are out dated . Overall , not worthy of what you pay for at all ! 服务差，食物难吃，房间老旧

Celebrated our mom's birthday here and it was memorable. I requested for birthday amenity and they've set up the room with a Happy Birthday sign and there was also a cake and fruit platter. Mom was very happy ❤️ We booked the family room with Ocean view and IT WAS THE BEST! Room was great , I think it could cater to 10 people. The view from the balcony was breathtaking as well as the view from the room and bathroom. Breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating. Food in the TOMATO AND BASIL resto was also good. Kudos to KZ from the front desk and the bellman who assisted us during our c/i and c/o. ESPECIALLY TO THE LIFE GUARD who assisted us in the sandbar. We'll remember u kuya! But I never got the chance to get his name. My sister and I enjoyed our Sandbar experience. All in all, it was a wonderful stay! Thank you for making my mom's birthday memorable.

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and everything was expectacular. On check out day our complimentary airport shuttle for 5 AM was delayed for an hour and we almost missed our 7:45 AM flight. Luckily we had a senior in our family that the airport staffs were kind to prioritized us. This is a management issue. They need to emphasized to their employees the importance of being punctual, is a sign of respect to your guest.

The food is not the best. So dont expect too much. The pizza is a must try though. It was amazing. The rest of the things I tried from the menu were some sandwiches (overcooked), pasta (soggy), filipino food (dry). I was there for four days They need to understand the travellers a bit more. I went there for my bday. Even if it said it was under renovation, I decided to go. That is already saying a lot! And the lady at the front desk did not do an eyeball scanning of the reservation and the ask. I arrived at 6:30am on my first day. I understand no hotel will check you in at that time unless you pay extra so I decided to book a city tour to do something before the check in time. The tour was going to end between 12pm and 1pm. I asked the girl at the front desk if I could check in after the tour ended, she said no. The policy said to wait until 3pm and that they were fully booked. I arrived on a Sunday. When I confronted her about the high occupancy on a Sunday being questionable and asked her again to please help, she changed her statement to there are no king size beds availabe and that I had to wait until 3pm. I knew that was not true, cause unfortunately, for her I used to work in hotels before. The lowest occupancy is always Sundays. EVERYWHERE! Fortunately for me there was another lady that did check me in after my tour was over. What a wonderful girl. Her name is KZ. She really helped me all throughout my stay. I made sure she recovered the bad experience. If you decide to go there look for her. She will make sure you are well treated.

The rooms were spectacular especially with the hot tub on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The nights and breeze were very fresh although a couple nights of rain were not fun, we enjoyed indoor restaurant and gym time. The food and breakfast were very nice including local dishes and american dishes with an all you can eat service. We also had some room service when we didnt feel like going out in rain. The swimming pools are huge and connected although the kiddie pool and slides were under repair, no kids no problem for us. We were only there four days due to a flight cancellation but we made the most of it and didnt make it to the awesome looking beach, but there is always a next time. definitely recommend.

Hotel is located in a good location. The pool was very nice and clean. This time of our vacation, the water level was low so the sand bar wasn’t as appealing. Our overall trip was very good

We had a very short but amazing stay at this hotel! Sarado very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are very good - special the pools. Breakfast was very generous. We will come back.
