Aparthotel Maracaibo

Wonderful hotel, spacy apartments, unforgetable seaview, perfect location, new furniture, helpful staff, clean and tidy! Definitelt the best hotel in Puerto Rico we have been to. This was our third stay and we will definitely come back for the fourth.

The hotel itself is ok, paid for an upgrade which is probably worth it for the extra towel changes. Cleaning was done to an acceptable standard. As for self catering, if you like microwaved food, fine. We ate cereal for breakfast but there is no oven, just a two ring hot plate and a microwave. Nowhere to put your pots to dry either! Location wise, HiperDino over the road is ok, not an extensive choice like the big Spar across from the Mogan Mall in the centre but sufficient for the basics. You’ll have to walk to the restaurants (or taxi of course!) but it’s a pleasant walk anyway, especially when you find the steps to the road below. I didn’t know about the feral cat sanctuary next door, that would have put me off booking because there are loads of the things roaming around but if you like cats, no worries. Not the hotel’s fault! Overall, I thought the hotel was a good base to explore, away from the noise that is in the centre but close enough to walk in and find everything.

Beautiful place with the most perfect location! The appartment/room we had was nice and modern, with everything you need. A bottle of cava waiting for us upon arrival was a sweet surprise. Nice private pool in our yard, and a bigger one at the common area. Very nice and helpfull staff. Good cleaning every day, with fresh towels. We will definitely book this again for our next trip to Puerto Rico!

Very nice hotel and the staff where very service minded.And a beauty salon in basement near the pool was very nice to use.Short way to the beach and shopping center.Good restaurant at shopping center and along the beach.Also buy good drinks and English breakfast.

This is the second time ive stayed at this hotel, it's really lovely & has a nice relaxed atmosphere, the staff are very friendly, the location is perfect & has stunning views across the whole bay of puerto rico bay. Ive booked up for next june, I like it that much.

Maracaibo has a very nice location in Puerto Rico. We travelled with friends and used the garden in the evenings. A nice garden and bar. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. A smal foodgrocery in the neigbourhood sell everything you need. Can also recommend restaurant La Taberna, located nearby. We have been at this hotel many times and will come back.
