This hotel is a real gem, great staff, so clean and just the best chilled vibe We wanted a relaxed hotel to come back to after exploring and this was it The spa is fantastic and we made use of the free hour a day, the pool area is relaxed and super clean( we would see it being cleaned when sat on the balcony at night and they worked so hard) all the staff were friendly and helpful The room was clean, bright and the balcony and whirlpool just lovely after a long day and the views were fantastic We didn’t want to leave and the only place we’ve been we would go back to Such a special place

We stayed for 8 nights bed and breakfast from 1st-9th april. Everything about the hotel was just what we needed after a long British winter. Comfortable beds, lovely big balcony with sunbeds and a jacuzzi and all the staff we encountered were polite, warm and helpful. The only issue we encountered was ( this is not the hotels fault) is that because of the position the sun doesn't hit the pool area until late morning (around 11 am) but does stay on the pool area until late in the evening. Would have no hesitation in staying here again. Thank you.

5 out of 5 is not enough, reception outstanding service every member of staff a pleasure to talk too, rooms well equipped and spacious and room service exceptional, restaurant very good, food faultless service prompt and quality shame no free water, pool very clean and plenty of sunbed, spa well worth a visit a real treat pleanty of treatments would 100 % return.

Our 18th stay in PR but our first at the Casablanca and it won't be our last! From check in to check out staff were professional and helpful. We were given room 512 and as we walked in we both said "Wow!" The room and balcony was huge with a well equipped kitchen. Safe and air con was included. Beds were so comfortable and we slept really well. Breakfast was fabulous! We would have liked the option of omelettes every day however. Alberto in the restaurant was a ray of sunshine and so helpful. The pool area was spacious and there was never an issue getting a bed. The pool was heated and very clean. There was noise from the shopping centre but once your door was closed it didn't affect your sleep. We were able to keep our room for an extra 3 hours for €30 which we appreciated. We loved every minute of our stay and will be returning very soon!

We stayed here for a week in February and enjoyed our stay, the reception team were helpful and approachable. We initially booked the junior suite which all turned out to be on the same level as the pool, so there was no privacy when on the balcony which we hadn’t realised at the time of booking. The reception team were really helpful and we were able to move after a couple of days to a room on a higher floor which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean and modern, had everything you might need. We only had breakfast a couple of times in the hotel but it was nice enough, we used the spa once which is a nice extra to have. It’s close enough to walk into the town (5-10 minute walk) but wasn’t affected by noise, we slept pretty well and the bed was comfortable. We’d happily stay here again 😊

This hotel is fabulous. Check in was very efficient and smooth especially with Fefi who was professional and a credit to the hotel. Room large and spacious, cleaned everyday, maids very cheerful and friendly. Rooms have the capabilities for self catering and are very well equipped with toaster, microwave, kettle and all crockery and cutlery. We had whirlpool on our balcony and sun beds with table and chairs. Restaurant amazing with food cooked to a high standard especially in the evenings which is buffet for your starter and dessert and al a carte for your main from a very comprehensive menu. Restaurant staff very friendly and efficient and a big shout out to Cedres, Alberto, Ruben and Salem to name but a few. We will be returning.

Just returned from a 5 night stay in Casablanca and we will certainly be back. Rooms are very clean and well equipped with extremely comfortable beds. The added touches of robes and slippers helped when the temperature dropped in the evening. Wi-Fi is free and I found it pretty reliable, we didn’t use the aircon whilst there due to it not being exceptionally warm. The balconies are huge, big enough for a couple of sunbeds which would have been perfect. Bathrooms are large and spacious, showers are huge however the silicone is a little grubby and needs replaced. The pool area is spotless with comfortable beds and pool towels provided. The cleaners are in daily and work hard to keep the rooms up to the standard expected. Staff are all nice, reception, bar staff, breakfast staff all made for a lovely stay. Breakfast has something for everyone and the pool snacks are tasty too. We didn’t use the cocktail bar, we did pop up but there wasn’t much of an atmosphere so didn’t stay. We didn’t use the spa but did have a massage which was worth every penny. The complaints of noise from the centre is a bit ridiculous, yes there is some noise but once your door is closed it becomes faint and would not disturb your sleep. Overall these apartments are in a prime location, offer a very comfortable stay and I would definitely recommend.

This was our first trip to Gran Canaria and must say we were not disappointed. This hotel is great we had one with a whirlpool bath on the balcony so didn’t need to go to the pool. Apartment has all you need. The breakfast was ok usual Spanish bacon. The toaster was horrendous it took ages 😂😂. Will definitely be coming back plenty of places to eat and drink. We ate at different places and would rank as follows Bubbles Planet X Kai Chinese Murphys Sunday lunch San Miguel food good Happy valley Indian food good drinks really expensive Bubbles was definitely our favourite

What a lovely week we have had at this wonderful hotel. We chose a high floor (8) with a jacuzzi bath . What a fantastic addition to an already lovely room. We used it every day, mainly in the afternoon, to cool down. It was perfect to just chill and take in the immense views. We also used it as a hot bath one day when it was cloudy , which was equally perfect. The room itself was massive with all the mod cons you would expect in a self catering room. We chose bed and breakfast , everything was fresh and it was a great chilled out restaurant, with no queuing or other annoyances. We ate out at typsy bee 3 times, which was beautiful and had a great vibe to it. Also went to sushi crazy twice which was fabulous. We like to explore when on holiday so used the buses daily. The system isn’t the easiest to follow but there was always someone on hand to answer any questions. Our favourite place was Puerto Mogan, it’s a pretty town with an enormous market on Fridays. Also visited Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles. Considering it was February, the weather was beautiful, if not a little too hot some days. All in all it was a perfect holiday.
