The hotel stands out for the location and very family run hotel. Keep in mind for a 3 star hotel the rooms are small and outdated but for the price your getting a very good deal for PV compared to many places. The Taxi/Uber are available, the beach is walking distance, lots of amazing places to eat and shop, lots of night life and entertainment, and the buses are available for public transport anywhere in PV which i fou8nd to be the most convenient. Simply the location is the best ever and that is what your paying for the most in the price.
The hotel staff cleans the room really well the the courtyard is pretty beautiful especially at night. The AC is so cold and well maintained that you wont be able to sleep on low setting. The staffs are very friendly and check-in and out was a breeze. Overall I am very happy with my stay here, next time ill be staying here again.

This hotel has great ambiance great staff great location! The beds could be upgraded as they were not comfortable pillows too. My VIP upgrade was just a very small bottle of wine :( that I could not drink

This is not what I expect from a 3 star hotel. The room was small and dark, the sheets and towels well-worn, the bed and pillow were uncomfortable. The courtyard and pool were fine but being in the room was depressing. It’s what I’d expect if I’d paid 1/3 of the rate I paid.

It's a very good location in the Zona Romantica but no elevator (we were on the third floor and my brother walks with a cane) and we never got our TV to work. Accommodations are very basic. No fridge or coffee maker.

The hotel is at the heart of Zona Romantica. Access to restaurants, bars, and the beach is easy. The staff is very friendly and they address all my needs. The front desk is really helpful in giving me all the information I need in going around town and they also made sure that my stay is great. One thing to note is that it’s a budget hotel but you get more than the value of what you pay. There is no elevator, but if your room is at the 2nd to the 4th floor, the staff is very willing to help you out in carrying your bags. This is my second time to stay in this hotel and I’m sure that there will be a third and more to come.

I had an appreciated suite for 2 nights. It was on the 4th floor (no elevator)…53 steps. Nice view and pleasant patio area.
