Large rooms,almost all rooms face the ocean just the way it's built. Very clean, staff always smiling,this is not some new building so if you expecting new and modern this is not it.We didn't get all inclusive cause just not worth it,food stands everywhere $1.50 taco, massive supermarket for fruits and water down the street (5m walk) For dinners we did restaurants, tons and tons all around!

Great location, 15 min taxi from the airport. Right in the beach. Nice food and staff.

Our room was 2 feet from the elevator in the main lobby! We can hear every single person talking and walking by our door as well as kids screaming because the ice cream shop was 15 feet away. The amount of pressure they are putting on every single guest to go and attend the timeshare promotion is unbelievable. If you attend, usually they give you some decent gifts. We get a $200 voucher to spend on the food and drinks. Most of the time they didn't want to take vouchers, or you had to spend the whole $50 at once because the rule was not money back. So if we spend $30 or $40 we have to give them $50. The food was everything but good. The promotional taco dinner was disgusting, with dry fish, beef with no flavor, and dry and overcooked chicken. And they didn't accept vouchers. I went back home with an unused $50 voucher in my pocket because I couldn't use it. Ramon and Martin from the front desk were the nicest, warmest, and friendliest people I ever met. All the servers and workers are very hard-working people.

Good location nearby malls and supermarkets, all included in the hotel, funny activities every day, big rooms in good conditions, the buffet was really good

The hotel's location is generally quite far from the old town. There's a large shopping mall nearby with fast food options, and the hotel has kitchen facilities for cooking. However, booking an all-inclusive package or eating out is somewhat impractical. The good thing is that the hotel is very safe, giving you peace of mind. There are nightly programs, allowing you to enjoy the beach and music without leaving the hotel!

Excellent hotel, very well maintained despite its age, organizes many activities and is very close to everything.

Everything is very good, clean and the room has everything you need. I will come back next time.

Breakfast could offer more variety (ham, cheese) and it's the same every day. The booking stated it cost 999 pesos. We don't think that's a fair price. The ladies who assign tables at breakfast could be friendlier. The room furnishings are dated. The pool and grounds are fantastic, with a private beach. We had a room with a mountain view, absolutely stunning. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. The building has a wonderful charm. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Prime location near the beach. The main building is a bit noisy due to the open lobby.
