Hebat ketinggalan zaman. Kami mempunyai masa yang hebat di hotel ini. Mereka sangat mengalu-alukan kumpulan kami. Mereka mempunyai margarita buah markisa terbaik dalam PV. Lokasi hebat semuanya berjalan kaki. Saya mengesyorkannya 100%.

Great staff. Fun times we’re had by all. Good, service, great views of the beach, it has it all.

Wonderful facilities. The bed is super comfortable. It’s a destination. More like a 4.5 star hotel than a 4 star. Make sure to check the hotel room type to get an ocean view if possible. Public area is awesome and a destination for locals and tourists.

The room wasn't clean when we entered the room after making us wait 2 hours to even give us access. The refrigerator was broken with no minibar. The layout of the room was supposed to have a couch with a pull-out bed to accommodate the amount of people that we had. The reason why we chose that room. They brought up a couch that looked like they picked it out of a thrift store. Then it was just a couch, no bed at all. After we checked out, I've been going back and forth with the management. And they have zero interest for making the situation right.

This is a beautiful and clean property; however, the positives stop there. Warning for solo travelers…You may be targeted in an attempt of passport theft (by staff). The front desk agent charged me for amenities that I explicitly declined upon checkin. Afterward, she caused more confusion in an attempt to remove them then directed me over to concierge while she spoke with management. Meanwhile, my passport is still on the scanner. I forget that it’s there because of the ridiculous unauthorized charge. Fast forward an hour of concierge trying to sell a membership I finally get escorted to my room. Upon entry l realized my passport was not in my pocket. I return to the front desk and told her my passport is still on her scanner. She immediately replies that she gave it back. I said no she didn’t and told her to get management. Management suggested it must have fallen out of my pocket. That’s when I knew they were all in on it. I suggested to review camera footage of her handing it back to me. Management said they would do it. Fast forward another hour later behold…management came out of his office with my passport. No apology and still suggested that it must have fallen out of the super tight shorts that I was wearing. I get some rest and around 9:30pm someone knocks on my door. I don’t answer and the door unlocks and someone comes in. I said hello! Then she said, “oh housekeeping”! At 9:30PM? Second attempt at theft. Do not stay here!

It’s always great to stay here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The view from the pool deck is amazing. You can hear the music from Mantamar, but it is a calm oasis. The hotel is renovating the Sky Bar on the top floor. There were some other maintenance issues that need to be addressed. As you enter the pool deck area from the main building, there are two ramps for those with disabilities. One of those ramps is completely missing handrails. They used to be there but seem to have been removed. Hope they add them back. And, while they are at it they should add rails to the ramp at the entrance to the hotel. Our room had issues with hot and cold water not available in the sinks. It took two calls to resolve, but once fixed things were great. There is construction taking place in rooms on the pool deck level. There is nothing blocking the view of this so when you walk by, you see it. I would recommend they put up temporary walls or something to block the view. There is a heavy push to get you to listen to the timeshare pitch and to get a massage. But if you aren’t interested, just say so and it’s all fine. We’ve been here many times and continue to love it and the staff. Can’t wait for the next visit.

We loved our stay at Almar! Our room had an amazing view of the ocean, the staff was attentive and helpful, food was good, drinks were great! The 5th floor pool was gorgeous and we had a very relaxing massage at the spa. Our room shower was a little strange because the hot water would change directions everyday on which way you needed to turn the handle but we figured it out and the showers are huge and very relaxing. Our room was also directly behind there beach club that plays loud music in the afternoon, but we weren’t bothered much by it because we were always out on the beach or exploring the town while they played that music. They also are selling membership and will offer you credit at their restaurants or free massages. If you don’t mind sitting through a 1 hour pitch, the free massage and free lunch was well worth it for us :) Carlos, Angel, and Mar were extremely helpful. Great vacation! We will be back!

This property is stunning and very modern. Access to Mantamar was great. The staff was so welcoming and kind. Can’t wait to go back.

What a treat! Our Romance Suite was huge, with a big hot tub. The view was spectacular! The staff was attentive and friendly. Was it expensive for the nicer Ocean View Rooms? Yes! But totally worth it. The rooms in the lower tower probably had to deal with noise from the beach club, but the upper tower was just right. We can’t wait to come back.
