Room was clean however bugs were a common sight. Open toilet is prone to having mosquitoes. Room is large and has a large bed and sofa. Breakfast is not buffet style but is served in a set. Choose from a menu and have it either at the restaurant or delivered to your room. TV quality is horrible. Staff kept promising to send an engineer to help fix the issue, however no one ever came. Staff only said that issue can't be resolved during our stay, sorry. Disappointed with this aspect. Request for late check out was rejected as they cited that there was another guest booking. However room remained vacant for the next few days. I knew because I booked another stay in a different room. A blatant lie. Very disappointing. Presence of free roaming animals were a cute touch.

Nice place, calm and everyspot is like in Pinterest. The road to reach the hotel was muddy and little bit not easy to find if you are from selong belanak but if you are from Kuta is much more easy with sign next to the road. Suggestion when you rent the motorbike you must check and test, we do changes 3 times because the quality of motorbike is not proper but the staff is helpful to serve us to get better and feel comfortable during we stay in the hotel.

My experiences with family here are great overall! They offer airport transfers with reasonable prices and less hassle of finding a driver. However U have to book prior via email and to confirm again upon arrival as they might have missed out like they did with mine. They have big room spaces and my kids love the swimming pool so much! Not to mention they have a private beach as well where children can swim or even play sandcastles. Another plus point is that there is a small hill nearby where U can go for a walk with a small fee at the entrance to see the sunset or sunrise. Lastly, they have babysitting services 🫰Here is a picture of their private beach.

A unique place and close to the center of Mandalika.

By now you’ve probably looked at reviews and all the stunning online photos—as we did. And you’re probably imagining a lush, beautiful, active lifestyle boutique resort with healthy Ayurvedic food, surf beaches lapping the shore and a yoga studio. This image couldn’t be more wrong. Picture instead a bus stop from the 1960’s on the side of a disused road. This is the feel of the entry restaurant that sits atop a largely arid hillside with none of the lovely plants pictured on the site. There were a couple of palm trees over dying grass, concrete and sand. The photos are so far from the reality that we thought the place was abandoned long ago—and perhaps taken over by squatters who thought they could make a fast buck. We were honestly frightened by what might happen next. While it does indeed seem to be a hotel, the photos and descriptions are so far from reality that we walked around in a stupor trying to sort out the cognitive dissonance. Could it be that the resort that constantly touts itself as a yoga surf resort might have neither yoga nor surf? Not even a real beach? No….couldn’t be. Right? The owner kept asking us what we expected to find and the truth was that the photos were so far from reality that it was hard to even know where to begin. We said we expected a private beach-so he pointed to a fabricated sandy area roughly the side of two kids sandboxes with a metal fence around it. We expected five surf beaches—instead there isn’t any sandy beach at all and the surf spots are accessed by boat for a few. We expected yoga—he assured us there is yoga (though it’s hard to see where he could be hiding it) and other reviewers say the yoga consists of a mat and a spot to practice on your own. We expected plants and trees and a hang out area by the pool. Instead the large pool was empty and the little ones were so full of algae that I wondered whether the “EcoResort” was gathering carbon credits off the green pool growth. It’s a very good thing that we didn’t pay in advance, since we were able to pay only a day’s rate and leave quickly. But the place is so remote that we literally lost five hours of vacation getting there, touring it and getting back to where we started. Not to mention enough money that we could have stayed at a luxury hotel on the island for the amount we tossed away in a rush to leave. The owner was kind enough to offer us tea and let us use his wifi to find another hotel—a kindness we very much appreciated—but our anger grew when we finally settled at a lovely hotel and compared our photos with the ones online. What an utter misrepresentation. We’re uploading the photos here—the one with sand under the shadow of a palm tree and a metal fence—THAT is the beach. We both nearly died laughing when he pointed it out, but the owner was clearly upset and we were just trying to get out without a massive conflict. Wir waren 4 Nächte in dem Tropik Resort in der Villa Susan mit Außenpool und Außenwhirlpool und wir waren absolut begeistert. Zur Lage: Das Resort liegt 2 Fahrminuten vom traumhaften Strand Selong Belanak entfernt. Es wird ein kostenloser Shuttle Service zum Strand angeboten. Das Resort ist für Ruhesuchende perfekt geeignet. Es gibt ein paar sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung von anderen Hotels wobei das Restaurant der Villa auch hervorragend ist. Wer mal einen Tag mehr Trubel haben möchte kann ca. 30 Minuten nach Kuta fahren. Dort findet man dann auch größere Supermärkte und ein aktives Nachtleben. Zur Villa: Die Villa ist luxuriös eingerichtet und bietet einen Außenpool und beheizten Außenwhirlpool eine freistehende Badewanne eine Regendusche. Die Villa ist absolut neu und in einem top Zustand. Der Poolbereich ist von außen nicht einsehbar und man genießt 100% Privatsphäre. Man hat so viele nützliche Extras wie z.B einen Außengrill, ein gemütliches Gasfeuer, Lautsprecher die man mit seinem Handy verbinden kann, Eiswürfelspender, Side by Side Kühlschrank usw. Zum Service: Der Service war das Absolute Highlight an unserem Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns so willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war durchgehend bemüht uns zufrieden zu stellen. Es gibt eine WhatsApp Gruppe wo man zb sein Essen bestellen kann oder Anliegen melden kann. Die Reaktionszeit war unter 5 Minuten. Wir sind seit 3 Wochen in Indonesien unterwegs und hatten mehrere Unterkünfte aber hier war der Service einfach am Besten !

酒店服務很好，而且還有free afternoon tea，更重要的是酒店內的餐點種類繁多，價錢非常合理而且好美道，不過位置有點偏遠，是適合去度假的酒店，若是想出外遊玩會比較不方便。
