Hotel dengan WiFi di Pulau Perhentian

Premetto dicendo che questo resort è sicuramente un po' datato e presenta alcuni piccoli difetti (ad esempio le sdraio in legno presenti sulla spiaggia sono tutte rotte)...diciamo che avrebbe bisogno di una bella manutenzione generale. A parte questo...non posso fare altro che consigliare questa struttura: la spiaggia che si trova davanti al resort è una delle più belle dell'isola. A pochi minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere altri resort presenti sull'isola...costano meno ma effettivamente la loro spiaggia non è paragonabile a quella del Pir. Noi abbiamo preso la camera fronte spiaggia ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessimo fare: addormentarsi sentendo il suono delle onde del mare non ha prezzo! La camera era molto spaziosa. Ogni giorno, mentre facevamo colazione, la camera veniva rassettata e venivano cambiati gli asciugamani.

This is my third time staying at Mimpi Perhentian. It is sad to share that my experience this round is the worst as compared to the first two trips. There is no toiletries refill after the room was made up because the items are out of stock. I do understand that it closing season soon because of the monsoon. However, I did pay for the room at full price. Why do I have to be the collateral damage of the weather? The bed sheet and comforter have a smell which is caused by the sheet not drying properly. On my fourth day, the room was not made up when I returned to my room at noon. I called the front desk and told them to give me a new set of towels and omit the housekeeping. At around 4pm, the housekeeping staff knocked on my door and wanted to make up the room. Hence I am not sure if they have initially forgotten to make my room or if they only have one staff to do housekeeping. On top of that, I had a rude encounter with the restaurant manager. I went diving daily at 8am hence I have made a special request to pack my breakfast (which is included in the room package) and I will collect it at noon time. On the first day, the packed food portion was too little so I requested extra fruits on the second day with the restaurant manager in the morning. She said ok and when I collected my food at noon, it was not packed. Hence I asked the waitress on duty to pack it for me instead. On the third day, I saw the same restaurant manager again and I explained to her that she didn’t pack the extra fruits for me. She said I was not allowed to pack the food after I have eaten at the restaurant. I told her that I go diving at 8am, and I have never sat down to eat. She started to raise her voice and told me that I cannot pack the extra fruits because customers are only allowed to have one portion of fruits (which looks like a portion for a child). Which I find ridiculous because I get to dine an unlimited portion if I dine in. Furthermore, I did not request the packed food for fun. I will have digestive problems if I eat and dive. The restaurant manager was not only rude and inconsiderate, it is most disappointing that she judged me when all I did was take care of my health so that I can enjoy my dives and holiday.

Hotel best gilaaa!!, service veryyy the tiptop. Service kena dengan hotel 5star veryy friendly ye staff dia. Setiap petang akan dapat free drink and sedap ye smoothie dia. Breakfast palinggg onzz yee mcm mcm pilihan. Bilik overall okayy cuma takde tv. Plus staff akan kemas bilik and topap balik air botol if dh habis. Then, Area hotel banyak kedai makan waktu malam juga so u guys takkan boring. Mknn sedap2 cuma aga priceyyy sikit la. Jadi kene standbyyy wangg yg byk coz of dlm tu tkde atm.

*************, tempat penginapan sangat selesa , makanan best best belakoo, owner and pekerja sangat sangat friendly✨ Have good experience here, worth the price , but not time because we need more times here, insya allah one day will repeat again if we go pulau perhentian👍 Overall terbaikkk✨👍

The warm service that started from the jetty office in Kuala Besut, to the warm welcome and introduction at the resort, right up to the farewell , really contributed to our family's great stay here in Alunan. The room was nice, plenty of space for everyone too (we stayed in a quadruple room), despite the walk up to the room (NOT recommended for senior citizens) The trip guides, boat captains were very friendly too. the Captain even made recommendation n took us to Teluk Keke, when our snorkelling trip was cancelled due to earlier choppy waters. The coral guardians were very kind to share with us so much about corals, and entertaining all our questions. the F&B Staffs too were happy people. so it made the food n drinks all the yummier We will defintely be back, in better weather season! Thank you for a wonderful holiday !

Bilik ini sangat luas, kabin kayu keluarga tunggal, kemudahan bilik agak lama, pintu tandas hampir jatuh, selimut dan cadar tidak begitu bersih, akan ada beberapa semut dan nyamuk di pulau ini. Perkhidmatan hotel tidak teruk. Apabila anda tiba di hotel, seseorang akan membantu anda membawa bagasi anda ke bilik, dan selepas anda mendaftar keluar, anda juga akan membantu menghantar bagasi anda ke jeti. Terdapat seorang wanita berbahasa Cina di kaunter hadapan hotel yang sangat baik.Makanan di restoran hotel sangat murah, kebanyakannya lebih daripada sepuluh ringgit, tetapi kepelbagaian hidangan agak sedikit, dan makanan agak letih secara estetik. Terdapat beberapa anak kucing comel di meja depan hotel, dan mereka perlu membelai mereka untuk seketika setiap hari, haha

I wanna give some information about the garden villa and ocean villa, garden villa is way better than ocean villa , it has private yard, it’s a little far from the lobby for more privacy and peace, but ocean villa is near the restaurant and it’s not private, the residence of gardens villa should pass by ocean villas to get to their room and it’s not even beach front, it doesn’t have private yard so the guests couldn’t open the curtains and use the view 🫣it should be half price of garden villa but it’s more expensive 😑 the toilet and bathroom doesn’t have door but has view to garden. The stuff are great. 👍🏼 The food is the best in the island but totally is average. Snorkeling with firus was amazing.😝 Everything is perfect, I highly recommend this villa.🫶🏻

Perfect location, right on the beach to watch the sunset. Everything you need is nearby and Long Beach a 10 minute walk from Ombak. Comfy bed and air conditioning all day. Friendly helpful staff always available. Top class full day snorkelling trip booked at reception, our skipper Mat, a local islander, he made the day, helpful with the gear and in the water made sure we saw everything, coral, turtles, nemos and sharks, cannot recommend Mat enough, thank you ☺️.

Biliknya besar dan mempunyai kolam renang jenis bilik kami adalah dalam bangunan. Terdapat juga bilik pemandangan laut, yang terletak di tepi laut, menghadap ke pantai. Air panas dan penghawa dingin adalah baik. Tiada sabun, tiada pengering rambut. Tuala itu hanya tuala mandi besar, bukan tuala kecil pelbagai. Meja penyambut tetamu sangat mengalu-alukan. Berbanding dengan hotel di belakang, ia sepatutnya menjadi hotel yang mempunyai perkhidmatan terbaik. Kanak-kanak menyukainya dan berkata mereka akan datang lain kali dan membawa pengering rambut, ia akan menjadi sempurna. Makanan dia tak sedap. Tetapi terdapat beberapa tempat makan di sekitar yang bagus. Dan ia lebih murah daripada PIR. Saya melihat ribut ikan kecil dan jerung kecil di jeti pada waktu pagi.

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits au villamas Resort qui n’a rien d’un Resort. Aucuns service, personnel indifférent, petit déjeuné infecte, tout était froid. Les alentours de l’hôtel sont sales, pleins de choses à jeter qui traine, la plage est pleine de coraux. La chambre était propre mais vieillotte et la vue sur les travaux de l’hôtel voisin. L’hôtel indique qu’il y’a une piscine sur tous les sites de réservation mais une fois sur place la piscine n’était pas remplie et soit disant en travaux. Lorsque j’en ai parlé à l’accueil, aucune réaction du personnel, il s’en moque complètement alors que nous avions choisis cet hôtel pour la piscine aussi. Aucun dédommagement n’a été proposé. Aucun restaurant pour manger à proximité si ce n’est un warung très très cher pour un riz ou des nouilles. A éviter sauf si vous n’avez pas le choix
