Hotel berhampiran Turtle Point, Pulau Perhentian

We went for short vacation during weekends. It was only an hour drive from home. The resort was in great location next to Bukit Keluang hiking point. It has 4 swimming pools of various depths, kids friendly and open 24hours. Room was clean and has basic facilities, fridge, aircond, hot water, tv, heater, iron, n iron board. As for breakfast, only ala carte available, nasi kerabu daging bakar, if you are not fond of eating this food better booking without complimentary breakfast. There is no room service for food. A lot of cheap food, seafood & western available at restaurants near to this resort.

Tempah suite premium pemandangan laut di Coral View Resort untuk percutian keluarga kami dan mempunyai salah satu penginapan yang paling menyeronokkan dan tidak dapat dilupakan di sana. Kami adalah keluarga 3 orang dewasa dan 3 kanak-kanak, dan oleh itu, keselamatan dan keselesaan adalah keutamaan. Perjalanan dari jeti agak jauh, dan jika anda membawa bagasi berat, ini akan menjadi cabaran besar kerana tiada laluan berturap atau laluan khusus selain di pantai berpasir itu sendiri. Nasib baik, kami memutuskan untuk meninggalkan bagasi dan mengembara menggunakan beg galas. Bilik itu sangat baik dan selesa untuk kami, terutamanya anak-anak kami yang menyukai kolam renang dalaman dan buaian kayu. Satu-satunya keluhan yang kami ada ialah suis lampu yang banyak dan lebih baik jika ada label. Makanan semasa makan malam adalah hebat kerana kami mempunyai makanan laut yang segar. Sarapan pagi mengecewakan, dan kami akhirnya pergi ke resort berdekatan, The Barat dan Mama Chalet, untuk makan. Kedai-kedai banyak, dan anda boleh menyimpan air mineral dan makanan ringan anda untuk mengekang rasa lapar. Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal bersama keluarga dengan kemudahan yang agak baik seperti taman tema air berdekatan, satu kemestian yang pasti untuk kanak-kanak! Akan mempertimbangkan untuk datang lagi!

Kami takut kerana kami tahu bahawa hotel ini terletak di pantai dan bukan di pulau-pulau, namun lokasinya agak baik, di tempat yang sangat tenang. Menggunakan aplikasi Grab, kami memanggil kereta dengan harga 1.20/1.50€ dan dalam masa 5 minit kami berada di dok untuk menaiki bot ke pulau-pulau. Dan dalam 30 minit kami berada di pulau-pulau. Jika anda mengalami kesukaran, kakitangan hotel juga akan membantu. Perlu diingatkan bahawa hotel ini sangat baru dan masih ada beberapa perkara yang perlu dilakukan, tetapi kakitangan tidak diragukan lagi adalah salah satu yang paling ramah dan membantu yang pernah kami temui, terutamanya yang ada di restoran, sangat prihatin dan berhati-hati, sentiasa prihatin untuk mengetahui bahawa semuanya ok dan membantu. Tukang masak Bob sudah pasti tahu apa yang dia lakukan. Mungkin antara burger terbaik yang pernah saya makan 😄. 500 meter dari hotel terdapat pantai besar yang sentiasa lengang!

Kawasan parking yang luas. Kakitangan yang peramah. Kemudahan kolam yang bersih dan amat sesuai untuk kanak-kanak dan dewasa. Makanan memang terbaik. Syabas, teruskan Perkhidmatan Terbaik.

Hotel best gilaaa!!, service veryyy the tiptop. Service kena dengan hotel 5star veryy friendly ye staff dia. Setiap petang akan dapat free drink and sedap ye smoothie dia. Breakfast palinggg onzz yee mcm mcm pilihan. Bilik overall okayy cuma takde tv. Plus staff akan kemas bilik and topap balik air botol if dh habis. Then, Area hotel banyak kedai makan waktu malam juga so u guys takkan boring. Mknn sedap2 cuma aga priceyyy sikit la. Jadi kene standbyyy wangg yg byk coz of dlm tu tkde atm.

Baik. Selamat tinggal. Harga yang agak murah untuk tiga orang Dalam satu bilik. Walau bagaimanapun, kakitangan perlu berwaspada tentang kebersihan.

Kakitangan sangat ramah dan baik. Suka makanan di sana! BBQ mesti cuba untuk makan malam. Biliknya bagus dan selesa, sangat disyorkan untuk percutian singkat.

1. We had a great time on the boat, the snorkelling trip, and the view was amazing. We checked in on Thursday, and we felt like having the resort to our own. The resort became busier on Friday & Saturday. 2. Booking, checking in & out was quick and hassle-free. 3. The resort is near to the jetty; therefore, we did not have to walk very far. 4. The quality of the food was above average. Foods were cooked deliciously. The buffet choice was plenty, considering the COVID-19 pandemic. 5. The resort facilities, however, could use several improvements: 1. The room should be maintained regularly. The management cannot depend on complaints from the guests alone. Have a regular inspection and repair program. 2. Housekeeping is basic. Toiletries (shampoo) still contains Methylparaben. 3. The bathroom is huge, it should have a physical separation between the shower area 7 the toilet to avoid the bathroom floor from getting wet. 4. The hot water is only available during the day when solar power is abundant. 5. There were no TV channels. After some troubleshooting, we still got no TV, and we were advised to change our suite. At the new suite, we still got no TV. Then the staff at the Reception explained that the antenna was struck by lightning. The staff could have been truthful in the first place. 6. We noticed some rubbish was left at a spot without proper disposal. We also saw a giant lizard rummaging the trash. This poses a health & safety hazard. 6. Compliance to COVID-19 SOP: 1. No temperature screening equipment. 2. Staffs were not wearing face masks/face shields at any time we were there. 3. No movement control/physical distancing during the breakfast buffet. The staff must take proactive controls; they cannot depend on the guests because they were hungry. This resort is a best-seller, but please proceed with caution.

Sari pacifica review Worst experience ever Price: too expensive for this kind of service. I’ve experience better service and facility with a cheaper price. You would think that with a pricey packaged, the service would be good right? NO Facility: no water for guest, but can switch on fountain and swimming pool. And got water for staff quarters. Food: some are tasteless and bland, some are too salty. No in between one. We rather go out to buy lunch dinner rather eat their food. Staff: Worst front desk staff that they can hire. Im surprised their management hire this kind of people. No hospitality, no manner, no common sense. You should do a re-organisation. No critical thinking, dont know how to handle crisis. Overal experience: Check in and room situation: We arrived at the resort at around 11am. And during the check in, the staff there mention that our room is yet to be ready (and informed that the check in time is actually 3pm) , and they said that they *will inform us by calling my number when the room is ready*. After that, we keep asking them the room status every hour. At our 2nd time asking, they mentioned that there is some maintenance issue that they need to attend to our room, and its not yet ready. So we waited. We waited until 2.30pm, and decided to ask them the room status. And when we asked them for an update at 2.30pm, only they informed us that our room is actually leaking and the maintenance not able to fix it. So they offer us a 2 separate double room (we booked a quad sharing instead of double sharing), they didnt really give us and option, we need to take it because we have been staying outside for almost 4 hours. But even though they offered 2 room, only 1 room is ready, and another room will only be ready at 4 (be mind that the check in time is at 3pm). They didnt even have the courtesy to do as what they say (which is to call me when there is a room or an update about our room), they didnt call me to say oh we have a room ready. So if i didnt go and ask, they will just let us sleep under the sun, in our travel clothing until the sun is set?? 2nd day lunch situation: They refused us our lunch on the second day because quote “oh we will not provide the lunch of the people that go for snorkelling because we have prepared it at Sari Pacifica Lang Tengah. We have prepared the lunch at Sari Pacifica Redang for the exact number of pax that didnt go for snorkelling trip”. Please note ah, the lunch was in a buffet (self service), so how can a 4 person eat until finished everything? At 9.20am the same morning, i already informed the snorkelling centre guy that our group will not join for lunch. And also at 12pm, just before lunch, we took our new room key Winnie, the front desk manager also aware that we didnt go for snorkelling trip. And when we make a complaint through our agent, they defended that we need to inform them (front desk) if we dont want to go for snorkelling. But their management also said that, the snorkellin
