Good space, clean room.. Basic amenities (only soaps and towels) . It was ok for the price and last minute booking. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, the food hall was spacious but some funny smell. The thing that makes this a good place to stay is location. Also, staff was helpful and courteous with their time and advice. Food was good spread of North and South Indian cuisine.

We visited for a short staycation and it was everything we wanted it to be. Good food, quiet rooms and a peaceful stay. The room had a wonderful pool view. It was small but sufficient. The service was quick for in room dining and restaurant as well, even on a busy Sunday morning breakfast. Food was delicious and subtle hence our little one could eat everything. We loved Pizza and Pasta. Quinoa salad was one of the best ones. Breakfast spread was good, lot of variety for indian and local cuisines. Also tried the lounge by the waterfall, red velvet pastry is worth trying. Would surely love to visit again.

This is a clean, comfortable hotel, very close to the airport, that's ideal for people transiting through the city.

Best rooms and equally good services with pool facilities. The best thing about it is the Hercules Gym with a great trainer Shankar Ji helped me lot with different excercise and also the equipments were great some of them of New age which you will not find any where else. Great stay

Great for small trip with family, ola are available for City travel. Food and cleaness is perfect! Surely an accor property is known for it.

My child fell sick during our stay and the staff has been extremely helpful and caring. Our room attendant Tushar Sharma was especially kind, and even made my child a towel figure and left a nice note. We love the staff and the food here. We visited Pune for short trip & decided on Fairfield due to its proximity to our meeting place at Loni. The hotel is a business type hotel but with the warmth & service of the staff is exceeds that of a business hotel. The hotel is well ***aged with Marriott standards & everything was clean & modern. Found the rooms compact, especially with our triple bed, however everything was adequate & functional. Breakfast was lovely & with lots variety in food. We ordered room service & found the food well presented & delicious. Compact gym. No swimming pool. Room came with all essentials & beds were comfortable. Understand it is an acquired property & hence bit smaller rooms. However it sufficed in all other aspects. We were on sixth floor. Understand suite room were larger. Staff service was pleasant & they were highly accommodating. Room attendants were nice & overall service surpassed all expectations. Special mention to Mr Anand in front office for his exceptional service approach. Right from assisting with booking the rooms to cancelling last night last minute to attending minor requests he was ever accommodating & available for all support whenever required. This made the stay memorable & hasslefree. Overall it was a lovely stay. No complaints at all.

This was the most warm stay I have had in a while. The staff is so warm and friendly. I stayed here for almost 10 days and the staff took care of my baby like their own. Priyanka and Ravindra the cleaning staff on 3rd floor greeted and played with the baby whenever i needed some time of my own, Prakhar ensured best baby food was available on a call. Tarique, Divya and Shabnam everyone in staff had amazing attitude and always kept my baby busy so that I could eat in peace. Would highly recommend this for everyone visiting pune.
