The electricity failed in our room , and they had to come fix it in the early mornings. They shifted us to another room, but it was annoying.

It's my first time to visit CONRAD. It is easily accessible from any place in pune. City view from CONRAD is spectacular. There are many more things like library, swimming pool to explore over there. it's amazing to stay and test different cuisines every day. Thank u CONRAD team and Joy& team.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was clean, staff was attentive and helpful, and restaurants were fantastic. Close by lots of things to see and do, and easy to get transportation to and from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again, no question.

My stay at Conrad was excellent. The attention to detail and Service from the hotel staff was immaculate. Geetha and Metha, house keeping of floor 9, cleans and prepares my room impeccably for a great night's rest after a long day of meetings.

I had visited Conrad to celebrate my 5 anniversary and my birthday! I spoke to Aishwarya who is one of most sweetest person.She tried to made our day as special as she could from room decor to cake to picture everything was just perfect! Must visited 5 star property in Pune! They will surely make your day special

Quite impressed by my overall experience at Conrad Pune. The room was very comfortable and the entire hotel staffs were very friendly. The entire hotel is very beautifully scented right from when you step inside the property. The 2nd floor where the Spa, Gym and swimming is located is kept very hygienic and smells so good and kudos to the entire team. The breakfast at the coffee shop was exceptional and the supervisor Mr. Suvabrata and his team looked after me extremely well. I look forward to stay again in the future and highly reckon Conrad Pune. Thank You and hope my review helps other travellers.

Yuvaraj has given excellent service from housekeeping and make sure that all the supplies and amenities to be replenish in the room , also he explained us about rooms features and details about room Restaurant , pool , all services are top notch. Thank you Conrad

The overall stay was very nice! The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were luxurious. The showers were one of a kind, with an option for a handheld head or an overhead head. All of the staff made sure that our stay was wonderful, and we didn’t have a care. Shreya from Guest Relations was especially great.
