Good service
First room given full of dead rat smell
The ***agment knew the problem as the duct of aircon
Had a problem o spite of knowing they let it out
After complaining they changed the room
But service is good
People are helpful
But don’t expect extra bedroom keys

brekafast good, food good, location good, but one reception not helpful
asked three questions.
a) can i have an extra key, answer i can' help.
b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help.
c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help.
basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter.
behavior of young reception , not interested to resolve customers needs.

The staff is very humble And the house keeping person ( Jay shankar ) is very polite and humble. Also the kitchen staff is very good, they ***age my SEHRI even at 4 O'clock I wish to come back in this hotel again and again I also recommend you all to come I experience this site

After a month here we feel pretty comfortable. Great breakfast, very nice and friendly staff, amenities serve well our needs, both for sport and relaxed games for evenings. The residence is at walking distance from the central area of Koregaon park, full of restaurants and markets.

Really enjoyed my time at the Oakwood residence. The staff are friendly and very helpful with suggesting local restaurants, spas and assisting with any arrangements that are required. The rooms are clean and have all the necessities for a long term guest. The room service and breakfast are also amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if you are staying for a longer period of time.

Been here for more than 15 months, feels like home, the food, the service excellence, the hygiene levels in the room and the overall facility. Excellent response to any issues/ concerns. Quality of apartment is good, all facilities including kitchenette is well planned, have not felt need for anything till date.

V Friendly helpful staff … super clean rooms ultra comfortable beds.. so spacious and kept nicely . Overall great experience wonderful tree top views from my room (601)… totally recommend oakwood to all ! I was here on a solo trip and felt welcomed and safe the entire stay 😃….. so I wud say Solo or with family or even girl gang oakwood is just perfect

Overall, a great experience. The rooms are clean, beds and furniture are firm and comfortable. Balcony has good view of the surrounding areas. Breakfast is awesome. Feels like at home. The staff is professional, polite, helpful, and hospitable.
