I recently stayed at the Blue Diamond Hotel, a SeleQtions property by Taj, for one night and two days. SeleQtions hotels are known for their unique identity, location, history, theme, and cultural significance, with the aim of celebrating individuality and offering memorable experiences. However, I found that this particular property fell short in delivering on some of these promises. Pros: Location: The hotel is conveniently located just 3 km from Pune station and 6 km from other key attractions. Staff: The staff were very polite and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Rooms: I booked a premier room, which was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The overall ambiance was pleasant. Service: The service was efficient and added to the comfort of my stay. Cons: Cultural Representation: While the hotel is marketed as a SeleQtions property, I didn’t find it to reflect Pune's rich traditions, local culture, or architectural uniqueness. Food: This was the biggest disappointment of my stay. Pune is known for its vibrant and flavorful local cuisine, but the food served at the hotel was basic and lacked the essence of regional flavors. Both dinner and breakfast were underwhelming and failed to meet expectations. Final Thoughts: Although I enjoyed my stay overall, especially due to the excellent service and comfortable rooms, the food experience did not align with the hotel’s promise of celebrating local culture. Next time, I would prefer dining outside to truly experience Pune’s culinary delights. So i have given one point less for food.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay, beginning with a warm welcome from Mr. Chetan at the front desk. Pratikha and Aishwarya provided consistent assistance throughout, always willing to help. Mr. Charles and Mr. Nilesh served with genuine smiles and exceptional courtesy, making the stay even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team was quick and thorough with their cleaning routine, ensuring everything was in perfect order. At the gym, Mr. Mahesh was prompt in accommodating my sauna requests. Overall, it was a truly relaxing stay, and I highly recommend it. I look forward to visiting again.

Staying at Blue Diamond - IHCL SeleQtions in Pune with my mom was a delightful experience, filled with comfort, hospitality, and memorable moments. Nestled in Koregaon Park, the hotel’s location was perfect for both relaxation and exploring the city. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth was evident. The check-in process was smooth, and they ensured we felt welcomed. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, Dining was a highlight! We enjoyed a fantastic meal at Mystic Masala relishing the yummy food. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, catering to diverse tastes. The swimming pool and fitness center added to the experience, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and activity. The staff was always attentive, going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

I regularly visit the salon here at Taj Blue Diamond, for my Pedicure done by Mr Ashraf. He is very patient and kind, very dedicated and Professional. It is a good and hygienic place to get your salon treatments done. I would definitely Recommend this Salon at the Taj hotel in Pune.

Rooms particularly on first floor are quiet rundown. Maintenance of the hotel is also poor. Facilities in the room has to be asked for. Service staff is mostly trainees or new ones not able to give satisfactory services. On making complaint Chetan Konde Manager tried to solve the situation, but hotel not worth the price charged and not definitely of Taj - IHCL brand.

Everything was great. Loved the small gestures of surprising the guests! Feedbacks are taken positively and overall a very pleasurable experience as expected from this brand! Great breakfast, would say one the best I have had. Would love to visit again!

Got a haircut at the salon with Ashraf, and it was an amazing experience! He is the most humble, polite, and skilled professional I’ve ever met. His attention to detail, precision, and expertise are truly unmatched. He takes the time to understand exactly what you want and ensures perfection in every cut. A truly fantastic experience—highly recommend his incredible talent and amazing work to everyone looking for a great haircut!

Very good pedicure & foot massage, the most relaxing I have had. Feels like my feet have had a facial, they seem to be glowing so much. The person who did the pedicure Ashraf has been at this salon a while & he's very good. Will definitely be coming back for this again.

I have been a regular customer of Taj Salon for the last 12+ years. I go there because of Ashraf Shaikh. He knows his job very well and is extremely polite. He is a true ambassador of the Taj brand of customer service. I wish him success in whatever he does.
