I met the best service providers ever. Sunita Mukherjwe is the best waiter with much dexterity in her services. Good people, well mannered. Good meal in a clean restaurant. Room services are the best. Life at four points is sweet and worth the money spent. I will always come here whenever we plan for leisure. Gajannan is a humble guy with excellent interpersonal skills Great time with my family at four points!

One of the most friendly staff that I have seen in a while. Kudos the management for driving this culture… Right from the security guard to reception to the cleaning staff or staff at the restaurant… Folks look happy and greet in a way that looks genuine. Happen to meet Sunita at the restaurant and loved her energy and customer care attitude… she was engaging with the visitors, helping / supporting the kids and visibly interested in making customers feel taken care of Sincere appreciation for Sunita and cheers to the Sheraton management
