After a 3-hour brief stopover at Pune including visit to Wax Museum, shopping for Maganlal Chikki (a world famous sweet chikki made in Lonavala) and lunch at a vegetarian restaurant in the main market, we proceeded to Pune, our main destination and reached Hotel Ramee Grand at Apte Road, Shivajinagar. While finalising our programme, our travel agent. IHPL, New Delhi had suggested some other hotels near airport but we wanted to be in the center of the city and selected this hotel based on the reviews by Trip Advisor. When we reached this hotel and checked in, we found it to be better than our expectations. Though It is categorised as 3-star hotel but we found its facilities compared a 4-star hotel. Our room was quite spacious, well furnished and having a mini fridge with snacks, cold drinks etc. and a safe in the cupboard besides normal facilities like an electric kettle, TV and telephone. There was also a wall to wall glass window with a curtain opposite to the main door that provised a nice view of a mini garden on the ground floor. The toilet was also spacious and was also provided with a bathtub besides other usual provisions. The best feature of this hotels is its dining hall that provides an excellent view from the corridors connecting various rooms arranged in a rectagular plan. Not only the lay out of dining hall is unique withtrees but a large number of food items displayed over several tables are also very tasty and the staff also prepares hot items like amlette and dosa etc. on de***d. The hotel also has a roof top swimming pool and a spa though we did not use these facilities, Besides this dining hall we also found a south Indian restaurant attached to the hotel lobby. The ambience of this hotel is also very good with a fine service. On the whole, we very much liked this hotel. Another attraction of this hotel location is nearby decent park that is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel and I was going there every morning during our 3-day stay from 27th to 29th October 2023. This spacious park also has an open gym. In addition, there are ***y restaurants nearby providing different types of good food.

Rooms are great size. Food is good. Staff seem very demoralized. Hardly greet you and won't answer you well. I wonder why they are so unfriendly. If you order tea/coffee for breakfast, rest assured it will take a very very long time before you get it. Very slow service on beverages and other ordered meals for breakfast. It's like they don't want you to order tea/coffee, etc.??? Reception staff don't really try and help you if you need any guidance or help. They also don't listen to your requests but enforce what they want. Example-our meals were supposed to be 20% off as we were attending a wedding and the Agreement with the hotel was to give a 20% off as alot of rooms were booked by the wedding attendees... but at checkout they refused and said its because we booked the rooms from abroad, so the discount doesn't apply??? How's that applicable when we were eating the meals in India and not abroad? A deal is a deal, especially since the wedding gave the hotel so much revenue?? The rooms next to the lifts get a lot of noise all night as the lifts keep beeping... Sadly, we weren't pleased at all with the hotel especially the poor customer service and delays...

I had stayed in Radisson for business and it was one of the most comfortable stay I have had. The hotel is very homely and cozy. The food and the ambience is just right. Notably the hotel staff is absolutely brilliant - I would like to specifically mention Anand and Prathmesh, very nice and friendly gentle*** who catered to my requests every time. The transportation service was well ***aged and always punctual. Anand always kept me engaged during our rides and he would be my no.1 preference when I visit Radisson again. We visited for a short staycation and it was everything we wanted it to be. Good food, quiet rooms and a peaceful stay. The room had a wonderful pool view. It was small but sufficient. The service was quick for in room dining and restaurant as well, even on a busy Sunday morning breakfast. Food was delicious and subtle hence our little one could eat everything. We loved Pizza and Pasta. Quinoa salad was one of the best ones. Breakfast spread was good, lot of variety for indian and local cuisines. Also tried the lounge by the waterfall, red velvet pastry is worth trying. Would surely love to visit again.

Best Hotel To Stay room was nice spacious. Interior was nice best of the room was it had a balcony from there the view was amazing Staff was great,excellent hospitality reception was nice welcoming with a smile, food was excellent service team also good will surely come back again
