I especially want to highlight the warmth, Courteousness and personal involvement of staff in making my family Comfortable. the personal Attention of the following Members of staff Contributed to our delightful experiance :- the ***ager - Mr Chetan, Latitude Restaurant - Mr Babloo, Mr Simr at the Entry Gate, Mr Shinde whohelped us with our luggage, LatitudeRestaurant - Mr Sager, Ltitude Restaurant - Mr Charles who I think is the ***ager. Mr Babloo and Mr Chetan were very Particular about specific requiremets that made us feel respected and Appreciated. the Theme of Traditions and Historic Significance of Pune, being the erstwhile Capital of Maratha Empire gives a proud feeling for the country we live in and serve as our motherland

Good space, clean room.. Basic amenities (only soaps and towels) . It was ok for the price and last minute booking. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, the food hall was spacious but some funny smell. The thing that makes this a good place to stay is location. Also, staff was helpful and courteous with their time and advice. Food was good spread of North and South Indian cuisine.

Awesome stay but they can work upon their hospitality; breakfast spread was good with lot of options and location was great with ***y eateries and super Mart around; gym was good; Nice view from the room; would totally recommend.

Great for small trip with family, ola are available for City travel. Food and cleaness is perfect! Surely an accor property is known for it.

V Friendly helpful staff … super clean rooms ultra comfortable beds.. so spacious and kept nicely . Overall great experience wonderful tree top views from my room (601)… totally recommend oakwood to all ! I was here on a solo trip and felt welcomed and safe the entire stay 😃….. so I wud say Solo or with family or even girl gang oakwood is just perfect

I stay at suites garden room regularly and it has Excellent service, Excellent food and breakfast! I got a massage at Sakura Spa and Janett was exceptional. She was polite, had good knowledge of massage and made me feel calm and relaxed. Mariott suites is my favorite property. Must visit and stay!
