Room was clean and staff were exceptionally friendly. I had thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommended :) Special mention to the following staff for making my dining experience absolutely amazing. They remembered my last night in the hotel and made sure to send me a complementary dessert. They didn’t have to do it but they did anyways. Of course, I cannot forget the surprise Pune snacks that she arranged for me. Such little gestures are the reason why if I came to Pune again, I will choose this hotel for my stay. You guys are lovely and amazing. Keep up the good work!

Excellent reception, tasty and healthy food, hygienic spa, nice decor. We found staff very friendly and helpful. Few minor areas of improvement required. For example Room lock was defective, in room service food came without spoon and fork. Didn't face much problem due to supportive staff.

Luxury at it's best! Fabulous stay in Pune at the best location. Staff, service and entire place was one of the best experiences on our 4 day's trip in Pune. After driving with a guide and flights it was a relief to spend 3 nights at this place. Everything was perfect.....service, food etc.

I am extremely happy from the 1st time and each time staying at Hotel Shreyas. It's like my home away from home. It is always a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I have no words to admire the impeccable room service from all and each room attendant. They all are polite, efficient and willing to help. The receptionists and all office staff are very knowledgeable and ready to help and one step ahead! Centrally located, it's ideal for anyone with love to Marathi food.

Lemon Tree Hotel, City Center, Pune has consistently been our preferred accommodation whenever we visit the city. Each time we stay here, we depart feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Our recent stay was no exception. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Sagar from the housekeeping team. Sagar’s generosity in surprising our kids with towel art or balloons added an extra touch of warmth and delight to our stay. We are incredibly grateful for this thoughtful gesture. Thank you immensely!

After a 3-hour brief stopover at Pune including visit to Wax Museum, shopping for Maganlal Chikki (a world famous sweet chikki made in Lonavala) and lunch at a vegetarian restaurant in the main market, we proceeded to Pune, our main destination and reached Hotel Ramee Grand at Apte Road, Shivajinagar. While finalising our programme, our travel agent. IHPL, New Delhi had suggested some other hotels near airport but we wanted to be in the center of the city and selected this hotel based on the reviews by Trip Advisor. When we reached this hotel and checked in, we found it to be better than our expectations. Though It is categorised as 3-star hotel but we found its facilities compared a 4-star hotel. Our room was quite spacious, well furnished and having a mini fridge with snacks, cold drinks etc. and a safe in the cupboard besides normal facilities like an electric kettle, TV and telephone. There was also a wall to wall glass window with a curtain opposite to the main door that provised a nice view of a mini garden on the ground floor. The toilet was also spacious and was also provided with a bathtub besides other usual provisions. The best feature of this hotels is its dining hall that provides an excellent view from the corridors connecting various rooms arranged in a rectagular plan. Not only the lay out of dining hall is unique withtrees but a large number of food items displayed over several tables are also very tasty and the staff also prepares hot items like amlette and dosa etc. on de***d. The hotel also has a roof top swimming pool and a spa though we did not use these facilities, Besides this dining hall we also found a south Indian restaurant attached to the hotel lobby. The ambience of this hotel is also very good with a fine service. On the whole, we very much liked this hotel. Another attraction of this hotel location is nearby decent park that is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel and I was going there every morning during our 3-day stay from 27th to 29th October 2023. This spacious park also has an open gym. In addition, there are ***y restaurants nearby providing different types of good food.

I’m coming to Pune since September 2023 for business purposes. Since then, I stay in JW Marriott. I only can say that despite the distance to my country in Europe, the kindness and the professionalism of the team, make me feel that I’m not thousands of kms away from home. I can’t refer all the names, but starting by Abishek from the team that takes care of the room, Kavita from the Lounge, the Spice Kitchen, Alto Vino, Pune Baking, Fitness Center, and Reception Welcome teams, I only can express my appreciation.
