Due to the local weather in Puning, the outdoor temperature is 15℃ during the day and 11℃ at night. The indoor temperature of the sunny room you are staying in will reach 29℃ during the daytime around 11:00-16:30 due to direct sunlight. However, the rooms on the other side of the hotel that are not facing the sun will be less than 24℃. Guests in the rooms that are not facing the sun will feel cold. And because the hotel's air conditioning is central, you can only choose one of the functions: cooling, heating, or off, and it is not possible to cool your room individually. When you pointed out that your room felt hot during the day, the hotel immediately offered to provide a fan for your room or change it to a room that is not facing the sun, and upgraded your room for the next day from a comfortable king-size room to the smart king-size room you were staying in free of charge to avoid the trouble of changing rooms again. In the end, you also chose to change to a room that is not facing the sun. Therefore, the hotel is not without solving your problem and providing compensation.
