Service was horrible should’ve known before we arrived it would be a disaster tried calling resort to schedule pick up and drop off in advance to and from the airport no one answers and when you finally get someone on the phone they transfer you to so many other lines then hang up. I had specific directions in my booking for birthday cake and decorations our room had nothing. We couldn’t book the restaurant because it was full and it was no other option for us other than to go to the buffets each day. Teresa said she would accommodate us for the inconvenience well guess what she didn’t. This place is a joke. Concierge was the same we call for different problems they don’t answer when I walk over they still take hours to send service to our room for water issues and mini bar refilled. Front desk have attitude. Needs more staff and work on customer service skills.

Stayed Thursday - Monday, I am so glad I didn't listen to some of the reviews. I you are traveling with kids, especially kids 12 and under, this resort is for you. Extremely kid friendly, giving parents a breather. They provide items such as: strollers, cribs, bottle warmers, baby monitors, baby tubs, etc. upon request. I do agree with some of the reviews, food wasn't impressive, but it wasn't bad either, we liked the buffet ''Sugarcane'' the most. We booked two rooms, they were super clean. One needed a bit of paint to be refreshed in some areas, but it was barely visible. We did loose power for 2 hours in the room, but they quickly resolved it. Water park was fun and the swim up suites gave my husband and I a chance to relax once the kids slept. Snick lounge was good to get a drink and had arcade games for the older kids. They are building a water park for older kids & adults, if you are traveling with older kids I would choose another hotel until this is completed as pools close at 6. I would recommend for more restaurants to open on Sundays. Oh, quick tip! Please refrain from attending the conference they offer during check-in.

Nice but needs more activities for younger children. Parents should be allowed in the play area to do crafts. The fridge should always be stocked without asking. It was annoying having to call for things. For the price we paid the pool in the room was dirty. I had to call and ask for cleaning. Staff were 5 star, everyone was nice and helpful. Character breakfast is a must. Overall it was not a 5 star all inclusive. I would give it a 3 1/2 star.

I disliked that someone went into our room while we were in the restaurant and they snooped around the room, into our belonging and stole our wallets. The head of security came to speak with us and filed a complaint and were supposed to look at the cameras but still would not tell us if they saw anything. We felt really unsafe.

The resort is nice, and I love that everything is walkable, including the water park. There's a cart to take you there if needed. The water park is great for kids, though only they can use the tubes. An adult section is planned for next year. The staff was mixed. On our first day, we felt ignored, but the following days were better. We stayed for three nights. Our kids are gluten-free and dairy-free, and the buffet chef made special gluten-free pizzas and a dairy-free cupcake for my son's birthday, delivered to our room. Special mentions to Galactico, who was very helpful, and Kelvin, who quickly learned my drink preferences. The room was small, and cleanliness could improve; there was moisture in the bathroom that needs fixing. However, we didn't spend much time in the room. The hotel added a rollaway bed at no extra cost. Room service food was awful—stale fries and microwaved-tasting meals. The food overall needs improvement. The best meal we had was at Spacewalker. Unfortunately, we couldn't try the Italian or Asian restaurants as they were closed. The Sugarcane buffet offered a variety of fresh foods, including delicious seasonal mangoes. We only saw SpongeBob and Marshall. Characters should definitely appear more often and not just one at a time. Overall, it's nice but not worth the price. More should be offered.

The Autism Double Check for kids with special needs was the reason we decided to book our trip to the Nickelodeon Hotel and Resort. The staff excelled the expectations and the attentions to our 6 year old autistic son had a great time specially with his strict diet. The cook staff was very aware on his diet and chef Alejandro and Fabio were everytime complying with our family needs. Jorge who was our concierge and Maria the Manager were always in contact to us so we can had a great time here.

Exceeded my expectations in a positive. It's a kids paradise and a relaxing stay for parents, who with the all inclusive price for shows, foods, and activities can indulge your kids desire.

Service is terrible. Food is terrible. You have to pay extra to get slimed or to go to breakfast with character. Staff is always harassing you book excursions or to go to the spa. Will not go again. Not worth the money at all.
