The property is very clean. I liked the pools and the beach. However, some of the staff were unfriendly and hostile, specifically staff who work at the restaurants and bars.

My family was not happy due to many questions were asked to the staff and the only answer we got was NO!!! We also got denied entrance to the fantasia hotel area for kids to enjoy the shows. No where in the web site ever said that no one was able to step in to fantasia hotel area.
Other thing that we were not happy was that the rooms had a toxic smell to them. My kids had to chance rooms due to the toxic smell coming from the sewer pipes. That was not a good thing. The beach area needs to be a bit more clean to much sea grass on the ground.
The dinning was horrible. The only area we enjoy was the main buffet because of the different types of food that were offer.
I'm not recommending this hotel if you have small children. Not much for them to do.

service is horrible. staff does not speak basic english. and you have to wait for whatever you asked for hours . horrible odor in the rooms and by the pool. no food variety at all same food every single day for breakfast lunch and dinner.

The property was beautiful. The staff members were professional, pleasant and courteous. The only problem was an odor coming from the drain system in the bathroom.

I loved everything about this property however it was hard to get reservations for dinner as everything was already booked. We ended up getting one at 9:30pm which was horrible with a baby but we wanted to eat something different than what the buffet offered so we just stuck with it. Other than that, everything was nice and clean and the staff was awesome and friendly!

I want want a refund from ******* for selling us regular, partially renovated stay that had not VIP options . I contacted ******* during my stay and maximums they offered is $200 credit vs $40 per person per day VIP fee. Very disappointed with *******. Want complete refund for false advertising. No VIP, renovated as you expect from “luxury” in their name. Beach was never cleaned from grass. I was vey disappointing experience. And without VIP status you couldn’t go to other better places of this resort such as restaurants , kids playgrounds and much nicer beaches.

I loved that there was someone at check in ready and available to book dinner reservations and make sure we got to our room easily.
Did not like the fact that the bed sheets had an off smell the first night. Don’t get me wrong they were clean but they needed softener or some fragrance as the heat made them smell a little off. Once I informed the cleaner in the morning they gave me fresh ones that were much better. Also quality of sheets could be better and pillows also.

The resort was great, the whole family enjoyed the food and drinks as well as the beach pools and water parks! We also enjoyed the drink service on the beach! The property was in excellent condition being newly renovated a few months ago. The only improvement would be the speed of service for drinks.
