We loved the pool, hot tub and our room. It is quite usual in PR for restaurants to close a couple of days a week, & we had been told about closure of the on-site restaurant on Tues & Thurs. There’s not much for restaurants within walking distance so plan ahead. Pay attention to their advice about finding out what room you’re in before you take your luggage in. You may carry it up & down stairs unnecessarily. Pretty wonderful place!

The staff is amazing and accomodating. The boutique-type hotel has a nice family vibe. The place needs an elevator, but for someone that does not mind stairs, lots of entertainment can be had without leaving the property.

Wonderful property, rooms are always clean, there is a kiddie pool and adult pool, pool side bar, good restaurant on the property, Rose was great, very helpful at the front desk! Friendly staff; Movie can be seen while at the pool area, such beautiful lights everywhere at night. I love this place so I keep coming back!! I always feel safe, cameras everywhere, close to town plaza, close to great eateries.

All would be OK if there was no issue with AC. Inside room AC unit was moldy (see the water marks/drippings on the wall) that crated musty and moldy smell in the room that effected breathing after awhile.
We asked for room change but we were told that there was no rooms free to do so, so we had no choice to leave and book into other hotel for 2nd and 3rd night of our stay (Red Flamboyant) that had no such issue.
Sorry, but having AC causing breathing difficulties is NOT acceptable.

Beautiful property all around and everything you could need in the room. Loved the terrace and serenity of feeling both Oceanside and in the jungle. The pool was perfect and the projector screen over the pool was a great way to watch! Would definitely stay again!

Property location was short drive to beach and area restaurants. There are two restaurants in hotel; one is PR cuisine & food was excellent but unfortunately we only got to enjoy one night because it is closed two days midweek. Did not try other restaurant (not a fan of Thai food) but they didn’t have to go drinks you can enjoy by the pool which was strange to me seeing as it’s located as part of the resort. The grounds are well kept and view from poolside room was amazing. Housekeeping was ok, had to ask for extra beach towel three times and it never came (only given two for three guests). Office is closed at 5 and no other onsite snacks, drinks, etc if restaurant is closed so best to bring some but there is also no outside food policy so that really doesn’t make much sense to me? Would definitely return to resort but maybe for 2 nights, Rincon is a great midpoint to visit beaches north & south but was too touristy for our likely as a location.

Coffee available in the morning was great. The scenery is beautiful, the property is very well cared for, and there are nice common spaces.

The rooms are super clean. The staff is very friendly. It is in a quiet part of town, just a short drive to the beach. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating to some special requests that we had. We definitely will stay at The Lazy Partton Inn next time we visit the west side of Puerto Rico.
