I recently stayed at Pramod convention hotel our Room no. Was 304 and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. There was constant disturbance due to construction work going on the 2nd floor. The drilling and hammering noises were relentless throughout the day, making it impossible to relax or get any rest in the room. I came to unwind, but instead, I felt stressed and exhausted because of the continuous noise. Despite bringing this issue up multiple times with the front desk, nothing changed. Every complaint I made was met with empty apologies, but no real action was taken to address the issue or to provide any alternative. The lack of responsiveness and concern for guest comfort was shocking. The hotel didn’t even offer a warning about the construction when I booked, nor did they offer alternative room away from the noise. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

I Had one of the best dining experience, each meal included a tons of varieties with proper spice levels. I would strongly recommend Sterling Puri for this. I need to appreciate chef and service behaviour at dining. However, there is a lot of scope for room service to improve . Non functioning door lock, unavailability of immediate assistance from reception, lack of proper transport channel, lack of network signals . This are certainly major things to improve.

This is located in a calm area though a bit far from the beach, 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. But location is very calm. Apartment is excellent. You can feel that you staying in your own apartment. Mr. Akash is there for any help. He is a excellent guy know really knows how to treat guests. Always available for any need. I must say. Will stay again there. Thanks a lot!
