Ulasan Hotel Ashraya

I travelled to Puri with my one year old daughter and wife this weekend and had worst experience at this hotel. Had booked a room online and received confirmation after payment, however the reception staff denied room when I reached the hotel to check-in. It was a terrible experience since it was a weekend and evening and was left stranded without a hotel room in an unknown place with family. The most pathetic thing was the attitude of the reception staff, who denied room saying they are not accepting booking through online and when requested if he can arrange any other room in adjacent hotels, he showed no intent to help and replied smiling you talk to the online platform. I understood that the hotel staff must have sold the room at a higher price to some other customer since it was a weekend, however was surprised by the coolness and grinning smile at the face of the staff after denying confirmed room to a family with one year old child in the middle of the night. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone. It is in a narrow, congested lane, and neither near the sea beach nor the temple.
