The property built for the suite was good. Hospitality was good. Food was awesome. Hats off to the chef. Hotels needed to improve cleanliness, the room was clean but the entry of the hotel was full of flies. The staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful. There were issues of power for 1 hour on 19th july during evening even the power backup was not available. But they kept us informed on this issue. They are the best in siwan but not good as compared to good hotels in ncr.

The rooms are spacious and the staff is excellent, especially the reception team who were very accommodating. Despite arriving late, they had lunch prepared for us until 4:30 pm, and the food was enjoyable. However, both the rooms and bathrooms require updating, and unfortunately, there was no hot water available during our stay. We only stayed for one night.

PPengguna TetamuVery comfortable and pleasant stay at this property. Staff was very well behaved and decent. Food quality was very good and they arranged jain food for me without onion and garlic. Neat and clean spacious rooms. Overall a very comfortable stay. Located close to railway station.
