Ulasan Zenith Hotel Putrajaya

A very comfortable, clean hotel with a bit of a vintage design. I'll definitely come back next time. The only downside was the carpet, which looked dirty. What was truly disappointing was the parking fee situation. Every time you drive out of the hotel, you have to pay for parking yourself, unless your car stays in the hotel parking lot from check-in until check-out (the hotel only waives the last parking fee). If you're unlucky and the hotel's parking lot is full on your last night, forcing you to park elsewhere, I'm not sure if the last parking fee would still be waived (since it's not the hotel's parking lot).

The environment is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the Pink Mosque, and the internet-famous bridge offers a beautiful night view. However, the hygiene could be better, and the bath towels are quite old. On the bright side, the breakfast offers a wide variety of options.

To improve the cleanliness. Location was ok. Night view was excellent especially view to the lake and bridge

The hotel is close to nothing, I think that’s Putrajaya. Other than that I don’t have any complaint. The room is spacious.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was extremely spacious and very comfortable definitely exceeded my expectations. Parking was available at the basement, making it convenient and secure. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The front desk service was excellent and the staff were very informative and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Stayed at Zenith Hotel Putrajaya and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern facilities. Staff were professional and attentive, and the hotel amenities were well-maintained. A great choice for both business and leisure in Putrajaya.

It’s a nice room to stay in, though the design feels a bit old. The toilet is separated (I think most of the Zenith hotels are designed like that), which I personally don’t really prefer.

Booked for my gateway after my course. Only managed to check in around 8pm. Good services provided by staffs. Fast check in and check out. The view was mesmerising. Breakfast spread also good. Had disfunction bathtub. Otherwise no other complaints at all. Will come again for another solo gateway

This was not a 5-star experience. I was surprised to find that coffee was not replenished during the daily housekeeping service, requiring me to call and request it each day. While this might be understandable on the first day, having to make repeated requests is entirely unacceptable. A thorough review and improvement of housekeeping standards is urgently needed.

Great room with a great view. But the underground parking challenge drivers to manouvre their cars with extreme care.

Excellent stay in this hotel. Services are good and the process of check in and out are easy and efficient.

We went on a short vacation to celebrate my husband's birthday. We received complimentary room decoration and a slice of cake, which was a lovely touch. The view was beautiful, and overall, it was a great experience for a quick getaway.

Fast check in but not a well maintained hotel. Bar area has splatter of coffee which spill over to the packet of sugars. Mini fridge is empty and not cold, the door was left ajar when I checked in the room. The study table area has started peeling off which will be a hazard. Room phone is not working. Toilet cubicle flooring is sticky. Drinking glass has stains. Carpet of hotel room is full of stains
