Our stay at Dorsett Putrajaya was absolutely amazing! The hotel's location is unbeatable – super convenient for visiting the Pink Mosque and other major attractions, making it perfect for tourists. The view from our room was breathtaking, especially in the evening when the lake offered such a serene sight. The breakfast deserves a special mention; the variety was so extensive it was hard to choose, and everything tasted incredibly authentic. We left feeling stuffed every morning. The rooftop pool area is a hidden gem with stunning panoramic views. A swim or a photo session there instantly melts away any fatigue. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, making for an overall excellent experience. While a few front desk staff members were a bit reserved, most of the team was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be booking here again on our next visit to Putrajaya!

Stayed at Dorsett Putrajaya for a short getaway and was truly impressed. The room was clean, modern, and had a lovely view of the lake. Staff were polite, helpful, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast had a good variety, with local and international options. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight — perfect for relaxing in the evening. Location is great too.

Easy access nearby to Government departments if you have meetings and conferences. Large area provided for dining needs. Delicious foods provided. The Hallways and the rooms are well decorated with the special Dorset signatures. Recommended if you have plans in Putrajaya.

I booked and paid for a king bed, but upon check-in the hotel changed it to a twin-sharing room, claiming that the rooms were full. This is unacceptable. Guests who book in advance should be prioritized, not treated on a first-come, first-served basis. The “solution” offered was for me to move the single beds together by myself, but once I entered the room, the beds were fixed and could not be moved. This was extremely frustrating. Secondly, the amenities were very disappointing. Only one small bottle of mineral water was provided, the pillows were deflated, the TV was slanted, and there was visible dust, dirt, and even a roach-like smell coming from the wardrobe and refrigerator cabinet. The white cup provided was crusty and had tea stains at the bottom. It was clear the room was not properly prepared, despite my late-night arrival. For the price I paid, I could have stayed at a much better place in KL. Seeing and hearing the Dorsett name suggested prestige, but unfortunately, this turned out to be my worst hotel stay ever.

I had a wonderful stay at Dorsett Putrajaya. The location is excellent, right by the lake and close to Masjid Besi, with food trucks and convenience stores just around the corner. The rooftop infinity pool is another gem, offering a relaxing space with a beautiful view of Putrajaya.
