AAbdoswissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services

Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations. Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges. Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy. Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable

فندق نوفوتيل شرم الشيخ من اجمل فنادق نعمه باي .. الاصطاف اعامله ممتاز جداااا واحب اشكر موظف الاستقبال رمضان بجد ساعدنا في حاجات كتيررر اوووي وكمان الفطار والاكل كان ممتاز بالاخص الكابتين امير والشيف عاشور .. الغرف نظيفه جدااا والفيو حلو اووي علي حمام السبحه وكان في اهتمام من السوبرفيزور العلاقات العامه في الاوتيل ”رووما” وبجد من احسن الاوتيلات اللي زورتها واكيد هرجع تاني في اقرب اجازه ^^

PPengguna TetamuThis was an Amazing 7 night all inclusive break the hotel is kept immaculate and all staff are the most polite and welcoming I have ever experienced.Food is very good huge choice and drinks too.All specialty restaurants are available with Italian the best in our opinion.The beach is just beautiful with crystal clear sea and views are amazing with the best to offer in swimming around the coral reefs accessible via a jetty. Room was huge and immaculately maintained by Fathalla so polite. Buffet was excellent choice accompanied by excellent waiter service from Ahmed again nothing too much to assist. Beach beds & towels drinks awesome pair of Mohammed & Ali made it relaxing and stress free. Overall I would Highly recommend this Amazing hotel with the Best staff and location just the perfect holiday and being our first visit to Egypt. Management is also so friendly and willing to assist to make your holiday the best you could wish for. We already looking to book again and re visit a massive thank you to all at Sunrise Montemare Resort you definitely have it right for the perfect holiday in the sun. Room 1207 is a good choice and highly recommend upgrade and late check out at the hotel don’t use travel agent or TUI far more cheaper and accommodating.

MMarzouq Alrashdiالفندق جميل لكن للاسف خدمة الاستقبال سيئه جداً وغير متعاونين تم المحاولة معهم بتغيير الغرفه بلا فائدة وكذلك التكييف سيء للغاية اقل شي ممكن يوصل الى 22.5 ولما بلغتهم يقولون هذا اقل شي بالغرف الثانية وهذا من غير المنطق ابداً وبالاخير قالوا بنغيرها لك The reception wasn’t supporting also the AC was terrible at the maximum degree is 22.5 C.

PPengguna TetamuThe renovated rooms (superior) are excellent. Modern, clean and have all the comforts you could need. The staff are friendly, facilities (multiple pools, slides and beach area) are well kept and the private coral reef is a superb spot to do some snorkeling! Food was slightly varied each day and you can book into one of the three restaurants free of charge (once per restaurant) for an A La Carte meal for dinner. We didn't do this due to time restrictions but looked like a good option to add some variety to buffet meals. Predominantly Russian and Italian clientele but all staff speak English. I thought this resort was great value. Enjoy :)

كانت من احلى الرحلات والفندق والعاملين احسن ناس وفريق الانيميشن لزاز وكويسين اوي وخصوصاً (ميشا❤️) بيهزر وبيضحك وكل الوقت بيعملو حاجات مسلية في الفندق( وفليكس) كويس اوي والحاجات اللي بيقدمها عالمسرح تجنن❤️❤️❤️❤️بجد فريق الاينميشن من اخلى واجمد الحاجت في الفندق ❤️❤️❤️❤️
