AAbdoswissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services

Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations. Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges. Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy. Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable

NniinI found this hotel on the last day and made a reservation. I stayed in Sharm El Sheikh for 5 days and regretted that I should have found it earlier. I participated in snorkeling on the tour the day before, but I couldn't snorkel because of the rough weather, and I ended up turning back, but when I learned that I could snorkel here, I found a lot of coral and fish. I was really happy because I came to Sharm El Sheikh for the purpose of snorkeling. It was a short time so I would like to stay longer next time.

PPengguna TetamuThis was an Amazing 7 night all inclusive break the hotel is kept immaculate and all staff are the most polite and welcoming I have ever experienced.Food is very good huge choice and drinks too.All specialty restaurants are available with Italian the best in our opinion.The beach is just beautiful with crystal clear sea and views are amazing with the best to offer in swimming around the coral reefs accessible via a jetty. Room was huge and immaculately maintained by Fathalla so polite. Buffet was excellent choice accompanied by excellent waiter service from Ahmed again nothing too much to assist. Beach beds & towels drinks awesome pair of Mohammed & Ali made it relaxing and stress free. Overall I would Highly recommend this Amazing hotel with the Best staff and location just the perfect holiday and being our first visit to Egypt. Management is also so friendly and willing to assist to make your holiday the best you could wish for. We already looking to book again and re visit a massive thank you to all at Sunrise Montemare Resort you definitely have it right for the perfect holiday in the sun. Room 1207 is a good choice and highly recommend upgrade and late check out at the hotel don’t use travel agent or TUI far more cheaper and accommodating.

We have never experienced anything so terrible. This was our wors vacation ever. Room dirty,cleaning insufficienty, great reluctante of the staff at the reception. Malfunctioning air conditioning. Beach and room equipment old and broken. For the firs time in our live we saw a bertender from the beach Coco Nut as he looks through guests bags and takes small coins. The only helpful staff was in the dining room. Otherwise Russian quests are preferred everywhere. Our room was closed due to renovations and we had to move elswhere. It happenend late in the evening and still had to sign a document that it was at our requestand without compensation. After arriving home we wrote an email about everything to the hotel manager and he didnt even answer. JUST HORRIBLE. We just want to say that we are poeple and not cattle.

كنت أعمل مشرف أول للأمن قضيت مايقرب من 16 عاما بالفندق تقابلت مع أناس شرفاء تعلمت منهم الكثير شكرا لهم جميعا ولم أنسى أحدا بل استرجع ذكرياتى معهم جميعا بالفندق ولا أنسى الرجل الذى كان والدا لنا جميعاً مستر إسماعيل شفيق المدير المالى الإقليميى لمجموعة الفنادق وتحياتى لكل من الشيف راشد المهندس علاء حامد مستر شادى مستر خالد حسن مستر عبد الحليم بسيونى مستر محمد درويش مستر محمد حجى مستر محمد نبيل واخيرا الرجل الذى كان دائماً أخ وصديق مستر سيد فتح الباب
