雲端在葛仙山，套餐含了索道、玻璃棧道、祈福牌、無邊泳池觀光（沒開），五一假期總體性價比還不錯，特別是多次索道比較值，玻璃棧道人少價貴，不划算，不是贈品不會去。 流程：中午在山下遊客服務中心辦理入住，坐酒店專用電瓶車到索道入口，坐索道到山頂，找雲端酒店前台拿房卡和套票，並錄人臉（可多次乘坐索道）。下午坐索道到山下玩，酒店會在9：30加開一趟索道拉住宿的人上山，還會挨個點名，沒到的會電話通知。 優點： 1、方便看日出、山頂觀景、祈福，索道7：30才開，9：00之前的天台人很少，天氣好的話，景色無敵，也可以早起爬山到山頂東側看日出，我們運氣不錯，看到了雲海！ 2、房間在同類山頂住宿中，算是條件比較好的，而且每一層都有幾個有陽台的房間（前台説隨機）。 3、第二天下山索道不用排隊。 缺點： 1、遊客服務中心看到大件行李，沒有主動提出行李搬運服務，上山路上都是台階，沒有電梯，非常費力，下山後跟前台抱怨後才知道可以幫忙搬運行李，體驗感很差。 2、送的畫展其實是景區四處散落的免費觀賞畫，無邊泳池沒開，票白送了，雞肋！！！ 3、早餐餐品種類少，質量一般，可惜了那麼好的景觀位餐廳。 4、房間裏面有點潮，可能雨季不可避免，但前台旁邊的酒店入口和樓道，臟亂差，着實不像個好酒店的樣子！
