網上圖片與實際環境一致，管家非常細心負責，服務到位而且超預期。房子裏的各種生活用具都挺齊全，感覺比較方便。被品特別舒適，隔音也很好，窗簾很厚，家人一致好評。
不滿意的地方是進去後房子裏超級多蚊子，幾十衹毫不誇張，開了蚊香液打了一個小時才打完。還好這邊的蚊子不怎麼叮人。再就是衞生真的很一般。
其他地方都很滿意，我覺得性價比比其他家同房型的民宿還是高出很多的，推薦入住！

老闆很奈斯，住的地方距離泳池很近，就在同一個小區裏，雖然這個小區有點大，大到開車幾公裏去超市，不過房間很乾凈，民宿妥妥的，下次來還會約這個房間，哈哈

Kali ni nak puji jasa joyce. Pertama sekali, kami menempah suite vila tiga bilik tidur. Joyce memeriksa dan mendapati pemanas air rosak. Kami menaik taraf suite vila empat bilik tidur secara percuma. Kami menghidupkan penghawa dingin terlebih dahulu dan membuatkan kami berasa seperti di rumah. Akhirnya, perkara yang paling penting ialah rakan yang tidak boleh dipercayai itu menarik beg ID pada pagar di hadapan vila, dan Joyce menjatuhkan monitor dan menemui beg itu. Terdapat juga komen yang baik tentang sanitasi hotel, saya tidak boleh menulisnya.

如果看到我這個評價，絕對能幫你省錢避坑。因為國慶忽然高溫，想着帶娃去海邊玩玩，舟山開車又太遠還堵車嚴重，所以選擇來南通海邊。國慶威尼斯酒店海景房1900，城堡酒店1200。太貴了，忽然發現這家店，又便宜房間又多還能把父母帶上，於是舉家出行。提前跟管家聯繫，管家安排住了702棟，也就是緊挨着威尼斯的第一排高層，東西向是第二棟，701是第一棟，更贊。打開房門的一剎，哇，值了。第一張照片是直麪威尼斯，稍斜個15度就是第二張海景，南麪兩個房間和陽台都能直接觀海。離海邊直線距離最多200米，走到碧海銀沙沙灘大概十分鐘左右。買票去沙灘60塊錢，無邊泳池80塊，建議不要買無邊泳池，又貴又沒意思，還不如沙灘多玩會。晚上吃飯就在樓下海底煮播，可以在小潤發自選海鮮，免費加工，點了十一個菜總共420塊錢，很實惠。第二天早飯邊上也啥都有。本來計劃第二天看日出逛萌寵樂園和黃金海灘，可惜又是降溫又是下雨，沒能成行。總的來說這是一趟經濟游，居家出遊相當合適，當然不差錢的住威尼斯更好，畢竟地理位置更好。城堡酒店也沒啥意思，離沙灘又遠，房間又小。最後說說酒店本身，都是恆大開發的精裝盤，有地暖新風獨立空調冰箱燃氣灶，沒錯，燃氣灶你帶點鍋具甚至能做飯，配置很高，但細節不到位，施工比較毛糙。傢具軟裝肯定比不了大酒店，但房間通透明亮看起來很整潔。有點需改進的是一次性拖鞋都是小碼，我這43的腳根本穿不下

昨天天氣很好，帶着家裡小朋友過來玩海玩沙，下單以後酒店管家主動聯繫的我，全程自助入住真的很方便。房間位置也很好，很乾凈。因為不熟悉，管家幫我們推薦了幾家好吃的飯店，還有如何買景區門票。如果去黃金海灘的話潮汐表真重要的，下單以後記得和管家要一下喲，趕海用的到的！總之小朋友玩的很開心，管家人也蠻好。不錯的民宿式酒店，下次還會光顧~

民宿位置好在第一排風景非常好，朋友推薦的，一整棟白房子，裝修的很有風格，老闆房間做的獨立衞浴的住着很舒服
訂了個二樓的大床房還有個浴缸，非常有氛圍，房間也很大。設計的也很好，房間還有咖啡機，小冰箱，咖啡機還是雀巢的，還有一個戴森的吹風機，沒仔細看介紹我自己還帶了一個戴森吹風機平常用習慣了[捂臉]睡的床墊也很舒服，睡到自然醒，店老闆非常好全程都為我們提供攻略，還給我們準備了水果，可以隨便吃，重點説一下早餐非常精緻，經常住民宿很少看到這麼好的早餐，味道也非常好是老闆小帥哥，早上自己做的光顧吃忘拍照片了遺憾，老闆給推薦的温泉非常好，本來以為是熱的，後來問老闆，老闆説裡邊是常温的，非常好玩，有很多池子，還有泳池，總體來説非常推薦，玩的非常開心，強烈推薦[愉快]

We had an amazing stay at Evergrande! The property is huge and picturesque! We enjoyed the breakfast option and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the amenities, and the location by the beach is perfect! The views are absolutely breathtaking and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, some of the facilities are deteriorating and old. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

優點：1.房東態度很好，a.主動發現了遺忘到沙發的單反相機，第一時間聯繫我，幫我發了快遞迴上海；b.住的過程中水壓不行洗澡洗漱過程中水停停有有，第一時間安排人來看（雖然第二晚還是出現了）；c.中途需要補充客耗品也送得很快 2.民宿位置較好，距離美食街近，距離沙灘也不算很遠 。缺點：1.水的問題，洗澡洗臉刷牙時會斷幾秒再來水（恆大樓盤水壓都不行嘛，拉垮） 2.衞生間沒有地巾，洗澡出來瓷磚上難免有水，拖鞋又薄容易滑，我自己好幾次滑半步，好擔心小孩子摔倒 3.廚房沒有洗潔精，想復洗一下杯子喝熱水，最後用的牙膏😂；床墊睡的時候有塑料沙沙響，附近怕客人弄臟床墊沒有拆塑料層吧😭

環境是相當的好，衛生狀況堪憂，地上都是灰塵，主卧衛生間馬桶是漏的，臭氣熏天，睡覺都在聞臭氣，房間的床都是鐵藝床，有兩個房間的床的支撐腳都有點斷了，坐上去整個床都在晃，小房間裏有一隻知了，一晚上一直在叫，店家整個過程沒有看到人，是通過微信告知你房間號跟開鎖密碼，我告知店家沒有一次性牙刷牙膏，說馬上送過來，結果直到退房也沒有送過來，衣架四個房間衹有一個，洗衣機也沒有，望後期這個衛生，服務，跟設施都要跟上！

PPengguna Tetamu這是我第一次住民宿，真的被驚喜到了，全家都喜歡的不得了。老闆也是超級好，説工作日，就我們一家包場了，屋外泳池剛換的水，想遊多久遊多久，地下室有家庭影院，乒乓球室，桌球桌，兩閨女玩的可開心了。早飯是老闆親自做的，新鮮的，特別豐富，連我那早飯困難户的大閨女都吃了三個燒餅，説是好香，退房前抽到的小盲盒，是德國巧克力。強烈推薦這家啊，太適合親子游了，即使下雨天，去不了景點，也不用擔心會無聊，室內娛樂項目夠你玩一天了，還能和老闆聊天。

PPengguna Tetamu來啟東看日出，網上找了一家酒店，房間設施很不錯，房間朝陽，光線很好，前台服務也很不錯送了水果和飲料，還送了眼罩（前台小姐姐人很好，知道我睡棉不太好特意幫我選了安靜的房間還送了蒸汽眼罩），早餐也豐富，性價比很高

JJiangnan獨棟別墅，傢具等設施都挺好。收拾的很乾凈。不是一般農家樂可比。位置在恆大威尼斯小區裏面，門口停車方便。底樓有2個大圓桌。我們20個，鎮上買了海鮮過來做飯。餐具齊全。房東夫妻挺熱情的，介紹附近景點和餐飲購物，真誠靠譜。小孩忘了玩具，還提醒了並寄回。友情提醒，偶爾有幾個蚊子，夏秋季節來了要先插好電蚊香，就可以避免。總結是一次非常好的住宿休閑體驗。每個人都滿意。

意料之外的好，本想就湊活對付一晚，到店後阿姨賊熱情，需要充電線毛巾什麼的直接送到房間，知道我第二天早上要趕火車一早直接電話提醒，給力。房間乾淨無異味，這價位性價比太高了。贊👍

PPengguna Tetamu非常感謝Jason經理，希爾頓在啟東絕對是個標桿的存在。這次有宴請一些合作伙伴在啟東開會。前期和Jason溝通了很多。本來考慮在海邊的酒店開會結束遊玩。Jason的優質服務打消了我的想法。首先為我安排會議室，積極的去銷售的經理對接。整個過程非常順利。期間也打擾了了Jason若干次。值得讚賞的是他的職業素養真的很棒，毫無厭煩，每次電話溝通都能很耐心的解答我的問題並幫助我解決很多問題。接線員Linda也很熱心。會議室也安排的非常好。同時也感謝劉雙雙經理的幫助。一切都很順利。在這裏住已經遠遠超出我的預期，挺感謝你們！這是我以後來啟東不二之選的酒店了。也希望酒店領導們對他們表揚！

JJason MarkThe accommodation was very nice, a small 1 bedroom apartment, the staff were nice and helped to get the kitchen ware which was missing when we first checked in, however the location is remote and transportation is almost non existent, therefore you will need to have your own car to enjoy your stay here.

FFelixBig room, clear and confortable. In my room had 2 bathroom, bedroom separate from entrance that had a couch. Outside is not so beautifull but i like the room. Chinese breakfast , for me OK. Near of fruit stores, chineses restaurantes snd some simple stores.
