旅程結束一直説要好好評一下這家酒店，一是給後來人一個參照，二是對酒店服務人員的傾心付出表示感謝！到達這家酒店已經傍晚了，到門口走錯到隔壁茶廠，打電話給前台就有人到門口指引我們，後來知道接我們的是店長。熱情地幫我們安排停車，提行李。最最驚喜的是這麼偏僻的地方，房間居然這麼好，房間超大，燈光、窗簾都智能化，房間的設計風格好的無話可説！實木傢俱，窗外美景融入自然、融入山景的絕佳選擇，感覺城市的度假村。餐飲也給了我第二個驚喜:地道的農家菜燒出宴會的感覺，味道好、分量足，連我先生一向吃得挑剔的人都讚不絕口。第二天早上的早餐也出乎意料的豐富，該有的、不該有的，店長姐姐都給了。 還有一系列的人性化服務:貼心的。這家寶藏酒店給我們一家旅行留下了美好的回憶，祝福生意興隆！

酒店環境設施不錯，是新酒店，但是服務意識完全跟不上，入住當晚一扇窗户關不上，衹派個個保安來處理，還處理不了，説讓自己克服一晚…我住酒店是來克服的嗎？最搞笑的是第二天早班，時間是7-9點，我們8點30到的餐廳，不僅吃的東西已經完全沒有了，飲料機沒水，關鍵連筷子和盤子都沒有，服務人員真的是愛答不理，問他要筷子都不説話的，因為什麼吃的都沒有，問做麪條的大師傅要四個雞蛋，還一臉不樂意的樣子，混沌要了好幾次才下，拜託還有二十來分鐘才9點，最後我和我老婆兩個人用一雙筷子才吃的飯
