Ulasan Hai Tian Grand Theatre Hotel

Can you believe there's no air conditioning? How can a hotel this big expect guests to survive without it? I had to call them to bring a portable air cooler, and the fan was so weak, you had to be right next to it to feel anything. It took me all night to get a decent sleep, it was such a struggle! The central air conditioning in the room only blew out natural air, not cool air. The shower pressure was awful; it was uncomfortable to shower with such a weak stream. Are they really that stingy they won't turn on the pump? Breakfast was also very mediocre. The sausages and ham were clearly cheap. I definitely don't recommend this place!

The hotel room facilities are too outdated, and the room windows have iron bars blocking them! The soundproofing is also very poor; I could clearly hear conversations and people washing up in the rooms next door, making it impossible to sleep 😴! (I even suspected the walls between rooms were just wooden boards! 😓) The bedside power outlets were loose, and the water pressure in the shower was so low it was difficult to wash! ... Overall, the stay was a very bad and poor experience!!!

Bella at the front desk was super warm and attentive. She provided all the necessary hotel info upon check-in and gave excellent recommendations for local food and attractions. The hotel itself is great, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. It's also very close to Shilaoren Beach. The rooms are clean and tidy, and Bella's service at the front desk was outstanding – I was very satisfied! I highly recommend staying here, especially before May 1st when the value for money is just unbeatable, and the price is right. Super recommended! ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻

The room was great, booked it for my friend. The front desk service was genuinely excellent. They were incredibly patient when I called late at night with a question. Even when my friend arrived in the middle of the night, the front desk service was still fantastic. Bella at the front desk was especially nice! Next time, this Grand Theatre Hotel will definitely be my first choice!!! I'm truly satisfied with the hotel's service!

The hotel's location is really convenient, close to the shopping mall, making it easy to get around. The room itself was great, and the staff were all very friendly. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This was my first time visiting Qingdao, and the staff arranged a room with a great sea view. They provided welcome fruits, coffee, and bathrobes. The hygiene and environment were excellent; the room was cleaned daily by a lovely auntie. I'll definitely book here again next time!

The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to rest after a long day. The location was excellent, close to key attractions and easy to access, yet peaceful at the same time. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and well organized, offering a good variety of options. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money, comfort, and service. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hallways outside the room, the hotel lobby, and even the elevators were all cooler than inside the room itself. There was no air conditioning, and the temperature couldn't be adjusted, so I just made do for one night. The breakfast was also quite bad, worse than a cafeteria; while it wasn't inedible, it was only a 2 or 3 out of 5-star standard. Quite disappointing. This place is worth at most 200 yuan a night; anything over 200 is not good value for money and doesn't live up to being a high-end hotel – it's more of a mid-range one.

The hotel is very clean, the room is hygienic, and it's relatively quiet. It's right next to the Laoshan District Theater, just a two-minute walk away. There are bus stops nearby, and you can walk to Shilaoren Beach in about fifteen minutes. There are also plenty of dining options around, and it's easy to get a taxi. However, it's not close to the train station or the airport.

I stayed here to see a show. It's the Grand Theatre's own hotel, which is super convenient! There's an elevator that takes you right to the theater platform. The room was also very clean and cozy, and the front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. It's also close to Shilaoren Beach.

Right next to the theatre. Good value, reasonable breakfast and even a Seaview. The bed was very comfy. The room was very clean and the fruit was appreciated.

What a gem of a hotel I discovered on my business trip! It has a gym and laundry facilities, and it's located right within the Haitan Grand Theater, next to the Qingdao Grand Theater. Xiao Xiao at the front desk was so warm and provided excellent service. I'll definitely be back!
