It has good service, great staff and even great ambiance. Totally recommend it. Near mall and food attraction. Not the city center but totally worth it the only bummer will be breakfast selection is small.

I choose 2 person per room, but actually at the property cant used for 2 person per room. So i must order again

This hotel was close to United Family Hospital, so the location was good. It was a quick overnight and didn’t take advantage of any amenities.

The room is clean and well-equipped. The price is good. The breakfast is rich. The service of Xiao Zhao at the front desk is very good. Overall it is great.

This is a fantastic hotel. Perhaps because it's more familiar to locals, it's rarely advertised and has few pictures to refer to. I happened to be staying nearby and saw it, asked about it, and even switched rooms. The service was wonderful, the environment was great, and the cleaning was meticulous. There's a seafood buffet on the second floor, which was also very fresh. A big shoutout to the front desk attendant, Xiao Zhang. He suggested we book a king room, checked availability, and checked in early. Since our flight was delayed the next day, he even gave us a late checkout. Thank you so much! The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly, especially Xiao He at the front desk. He was patient and attentive, answering every question promptly and efficiently. The hotel is in a great location, convenient for travel, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it.

It's always better to choose a big hotel for guaranteed quality. First of all, it's quiet and clean. When I come to Qingdao, I still choose the Sofia Hotel. First of all, the professional service attitude and meticulous care of the front desk staff Xiao Zhang made me feel at home in this unfamiliar place. I stayed in room 605 and asked the aunt to help me clean the room. The attentive aunt even folded my clothes and placed them neatly on the bed. She also carefully replaced my toiletries and cleaned the room very clean. Although hotel prices were high during the National Day holiday, I was very satisfied with the money I spent. It made me believe that customer first and service first are the most important things in the long run. The breakfast was also very rich. I really like this hotel...

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in! They were trying to fool customers with their 4-star rating from 10 years ago, but upon arrival, they discovered the unbearable black, flimsy, and hard towels, the mottled and outdated amenities, the tacky decor in the common areas, the wrinkled bedding, and the pre-made breakfast that was practically empty after 9 PM—that's the real deal. The hotel faces a subway construction site, and with renovations underway on the lower floors, the noise was incessant from morning to night, making it impossible to sleep. Most infuriating was the hotel's evasive and insincere attitude, with excuses like "full house, close the windows, get a worse room," and more, simply because they didn't want to move. After two days, I couldn't stand it any longer and had to change hotels at short notice, disrupting my planned five-night trip. For a budget hotel costing over 700 yuan a night, it's a complete waste!

This hotel has terrible management. When I checked in, there were still grains of rice on the table in my first room. The housekeeping manager came and cleaned it, so I asked to change rooms. The second room I was given had chewing gum stuck to the pillow. After a day of fun, I didn't want to bother with it anymore, so I took the pillowcase off. There were drool rings all over the pillow. ⭕ The front desk told me it was a 4-star hotel with strict standards, but this is worse than even a chain hotel. This is trash, trash, trash. Everyone staying here should be aware that the room is very dirty, so be sure to check carefully.

A truly frustrating stay. The first room smelled like sewage. The front desk changed my room. The TV showed no signal, and I turned it on and off several times, but it kept failing. The USB charging port on the right side of the bed wasn't working. Since I checked in after 10 PM, I didn't bother to fix it. I called the front desk to report the situation, but they told me it was too late to fix it. I also wrote a report on the platform. The front desk didn't provide any further feedback until I checked out. Absolutely frustrating.

It's very close to the beach, with a restaurant downstairs, making it incredibly convenient for traveling with children. The front desk representative, Xiao Zhang, was very considerate and helpful, thank you very much. Overall, I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.
