Location: The hotel is located near Wusi Square & Olympic Sailing Centre (~15 mins walk). There is also a convenience store just opposite. There are many malls nearbys, like Hisense Square. Room: Just as the photos describe. The room is spacious and clean. Everything looks quite new and I was comfortable with the cleanliness as if I was in my own home. The light switches were well labeled. There is a dining table with a big sofa for two, big enough to have meal comfortably. Bathroom water pressure was too good, actually hurts to turn on the water all the way. A/C is strong and can go down to 20C. Amenities: 3 washers and 3 dryers to use for free. You can also ask the room service to bring the clothes down for you once it’s done. You can check the availability of them from the TV in your own room, and the ETA of when it will be available. Breakfast was great and had a long duration so it was quite flexible. Room service: Even if I asked for room service at 1pm, they would still be able to do it. They give you 4 bottles of water per day, two pairs of slippers, two toothbrush and toopaste, a comb, 5 cotton bud, a shower cap and free tea. The room was well cleaned everytime there’s really no room for complaints. Experience: I checked in a 2am, there were front desk staff readily available to check me in and even gave me a welcome honey lemon drink. The check in process was fast, explanation was also very thorough. When you order take out, they will send a robot up to your room so you don’t need to go down to collect it yourself. The front desk staff was also very helpful, I was able to order 淘宝 packages to the hotel and collect it. A few staff even happily assisted me to call the delivery person when they mistook the delivery location as I didn’t have a mainland china number. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel with a high price to performance ratio. You will feel well rested and taken care of.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and while there were some great aspects, a few major issues affected my experience. Positives: • Comfortable Bedding: The mattress, pillows, and blankets were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. • Convenient Location: The hotel is within walking distance of the sea and the train station, making it easy to explore the area. • Helpful Staff: The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. • Breakfast Options: A good mix of Chinese and Western cuisine was available. Negatives: • Air Conditioning Issues: The air conditioning only provides heating, with no option for cold air. Even when set to a cooler temperature, the system remains in auto mode with a fixed degree, making the room uncomfortably warm. We had to rely on the stand fan provided to avoid sweating while sleeping. • Bathroom Odors: The ventilation system seems to circulate second-hand smoke, likely from other guests smoking in their bathrooms. At times, the air carried either cigarette smoke or urine odors, which were very unpleasant. Keeping the door closed helped slightly, but housekeeping would leave it open after cleaning, causing the room to smell bad upon returning. Overall, I would consider staying with this hotel brand again, but not at this particular branch due to the air conditioning and bathroom ventilation issues. The service from the front desk was good, but these factors significantly impacted my stay.

Service is good and the hotel is very clean.

The hotel’s ventilation is poor as there was very strong cigarette smell in our room (especially the toilet) after we checked in. We called the reception and this one staff advised us to switch on and off the heater/ventilator, open the window and their air freshener might not be suitable as it’s for commercial use which might agitate nose. In addition, this staff told us that while the hotel rooms are non-smoking, there is nothing much that they can do to stop the other guests from smoking in their rooms. Wow, what a response that made us mad! He should at least send someone to check our room and be more sensitive towards non-smokers. It is amazing that the hotel did not buy a suitable air freshener. There was indeed some form of service recovery from another staff who came up to check our room and also offered us hot milk. The hotel changed our room (was told it’s an upgrade but the room seems smaller and the basin is in the toilet) but it continue to have cigarette smell though not as strong as the previous room. This hotel is indeed suitable for smokers. To the hotel, please train your staff to be more sensitive and refrain from giving lame reasons.

We booked the family suite which has a little door to separate the space - which is great for privacy or extra sound proofing. The staff service is great. The location is a little out of the way from main attractions but the area has plenty of amenities such as convenience stores and even a massage place next door. There’s free tea and coffee at the lobby. The free porridge runs out pretty quickly so go early. Will book here again if I’m in the area.
