Syurga peminum, mula minum sebaik sahaja masuk 😂😂😂. Kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat baik, persekitaran pun selesa, kemudahan sekitar banyak, dan pantai hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki. Sayang sekali kabus tebal menyebabkan saya tidak dapat melihat matahari terbit.

A unique theme based accommodation experience, with unique architecture and coincided with the annual beer festival. Good service from the staffs, complimentary bottomless local beer to quench your thirst daily, and lots of amenities nearby to explore. Walking distance to the beach front, with beach club outlets for dining. Great option for family holiday, less hectic traffic location compared to the city. A truly relaxing and chill experience.

We had an amazing stay at this resort and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Qingdao! The resort is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It's a great choice for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts was the complimentary perks. We really enjoyed the unlimited beer, free daily ice cream, and the professional photo shoot that came with the stay. The photos turned out beautifully and became one of our favorite memories from the trip. The resort is located inside Beer City, where there are plenty of attractions, entertainment, and activities to enjoy. The surrounding atmosphere is lively, especially in the evening, making it a fun place to spend time without needing to travel far. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious choices, catering to different tastes. Every morning was a great start to the day. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Since my phone number isn't a Chinese number, I couldn't scan and unlock the shared electric bikes myself. The staff patiently helped us scan the QR code and assisted us every time we needed it, which made getting around much easier. Their kindness and willingness to help really made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again on our next visit!

We had a great time staying at Tsingtao Hotel. The atmosphere is great, and the staff was most helpful. We were able to check in right away even though we arrived very early in the morning, and it was still a few hours before the official check-in time, and we are deeply grateful for that opportunity. The surroundings are also very pleasant, and it’s priceless to just sit by the sea at night and listen to the sound of the waves. We also enjoyed the spa and the restaurant at the hotel. I would say the spa is a bit pricey, even with the coupons we got from the front desk. The restaurant stops serving food at 9 pm which is not very convenient for someone who spent the day exploring the city and came back to the hotel hoping to have a dinner. However, our overall experience was very pleasant!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Friendly and helpful staffs which allow us to check in earlier. We enjoyed the facilities insides the resorts and nice beach nearby. Furthermore, there are free flow Tsingtao beers. Sure will come again when we travel to Tsingtao again next time. My mother like the special beer bathtub which helps blood circulation and relieves the pain after long days of walking.

Excellent and memorable stay! Outstanding service and the free flow draft beer in room was the bomb.
