Helpful staff who did everything to help you. Good location with a shopping mall close by. Good if you are travelling to/from Qingdao north station. Room is big but it is a bit old. For the price it is a good deal.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Qingdao, and there are some noteworthy aspects to share. First and foremost, the receptionist displayed exceptional customer service. Our early morning arrival was met with a warm welcome and an unexpected early check-in. This considerate gesture allowed us to freshen up and kick-start our adventure, setting a positive tone for our stay. During our visit, there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping - a misplaced pair of Nike Air Max shoes. Thankfully, the vigilant receptionist swiftly resolved the issue, locating and returning the missing item promptly. To make amends for the inconvenience, they went the extra mile, offering a small gift and complimentary breakfast coupons as a gesture of goodwill. Such attentiveness to guest needs is truly commendable. While we chose to explore authentic local cuisine during our trip, bypassing hotel dining, I cannot provide feedback on the food quality or variety. In terms of location, this hotel scores points for convenience. Taxis are readily available, and it took us just 30 minutes to reach the stunning Laoshan Mountain, a must-visit destination. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a bustling night market right across the street adds to its appeal. However, there's room for improvement, notably in the cleanliness department. The bathrooms, in particular, left much to be desired, with an unpleasant odour lingering during our stay. Broken equipment, such as the wardrobe, was also in need of repair. Furthermore, the electric kettle was not up to our cleanliness standards, discouraging its use. In summary, this hotel offers excellent customer service, convenient access to transportation and local attractions, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. However, attention to cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, is an area that could use some enhancement.

酒店的前台服務非常好，很貼心，退房還給我寄存了行李，還有自助的洗衣房，一進門就微笑打招呼，交通便利出門就是地鐵還有商場，旁邊還有夜市非常方便吃小吃，酒店還有免費的停車場很不錯呀

I stayed here because I was running in the Qingdao Bay Bridge half Marathon and needed a place convenient to the subway. Hotel was reasonably priced and very convenient to the subway and the mall where all kinds of food was available. Would happily stay here again. My only complaint is the entrance to the hotel. It’s back inside a closed area and the pedestrian gates were all broken so I had to duck under the car gate arm every time I came and went. Not very inviting. Otherwise hotel was good.

Got there they helped me with my bags from the minute I got out of the car. The front desk is so helpful and they very foreign friendly. The lobby area looks stunning. I really enjoyed their breakfast and the hotel room is clean exactly like what is shown on CTrip. Great service 👏🏼. The place is closer to Wanda Plaza and there are other restaurants around. Went to an aquarium which was 30 minutes away that was my highlight of this weekend trip.

Hotel ini terletak secara strategik 3 kilometer dari Pantai Mandi Shilaoren. Perjalanan dengan teksi selama setengah jam dari Kawasan Pemandangan Laoshan. Perkhidmatan meja penyambut tetamu hotel mesra dan bertimbang rasa. Membantu menaik taraf jenis bilik. Terdapat ”Little Love Classmates” di dalam bilik, yang sangat popular dengan kanak-kanak. Terdapat kawasan permainan kanak-kanak, istana melenting dan kolam bola lautan di tingkat 6. Kanak-kanak juga suka bermain. Terdapat plaza komersial di sekitar hotel, yang sangat mudah untuk makan, minum dan bermain. Sesuai untuk perjalanan ibu bapa-anak.

設施：新裝修的房間非常好，沒有異味，傢俱浴室特別乾淨，可以説住過這麼多酒店，亞朵這次真的讓我驚喜！同檔位酒店可以給5🌟！房間還很寬敞！有窗户還很大！嗚嗚太好了！ 衞生：非常乾淨，床品浴巾都很乾凈，更換很勤，白天出門一趟，晚上回來又添置了新的擦臉毛巾和水 環境：有小的健身房，洗衣房，辦公區，餐廳和露台。洗衣房簡直完美！ 服務：服務太好了，全場都很貼心，辦入住的時候幾位前台的小哥哥小姐姐很有耐心，態度很好。還催了房間提前讓我們入住休息一下；半夜12點多洗衣服，烘乾還有很久，昨晚值班的小姐姐很負責，還很貼心的幫我烘乾衣服裝好，第二天很早送上門，太感動了（雖然第二天早晨沒起來嘿嘿，check-out的時候兩位還解釋了一下送衣服的事，完全沒問題）還細心的送了水讓我趕火車路上帶一瓶（還發現早晨有點冷，給我換了常温水）小細節滿滿

酒店是新開的，離地鐵站特別近，很方便。 服務人員都很親切，協助我的服務人員Gali是個年輕友善的小哥哥，讓人印象深刻。 很幸運被升等了房間，一個人住大套房非常享受 酒店是健身主題的，整體很清新也很舒服，下次還會來～

房間算是住過的假日裏麪非常好的了！空間大，設施新。旁邊就是萬達，看電影和吃飯都超級方便。不遠處就有超大型的夜市。 唯一慘的是我吃完夜市當晚就急性腸胃炎了，夜裡起來吐了六次，五點就去醫院打吊瓶了，回酒店就12點了，睡了一個小時，2點就匆忙退房了😅可能這就是我跟這家酒店無緣吧🥹

酒店房間不大，但是安排合理，住起來比較舒適。燈光配的也好，用起來特別方便。另外酒店的磚砌得強迫症引起舒適。前台小哥魏亮得特別熱情，深夜到酒店，也我們遞上了暖呼呼的水，青島之行，從一杯熱到心裏的水開啟，感謝🙏
