"整個地方都很舒服，房間很漂亮很乾凈，花花草草弄得漂亮，窗外就是溪水潺潺青山白雲，住得心靜，床品都挺乾燥的，沒有因為在山裡加上下雨就濕乎乎的，而且周圍還有露營燒烤的地方，很適合公司團聚，下次還會再來。"

"在温泉街裏選擇了這家滿星的温泉民宿，民宿特別與眾不同，設計有品位，細節滿滿，庭院小橋流水，竹林風鈴，還有孩子最喜歡的柯達鴨，還品嚐了老闆娘的自釀果酒。在這裏，潺潺流水，蟲鳴鳥語，小童嬉戲，風吹竹語，電影裏的情節在這一刻完美復刻。庭院有超大公共温泉池，房間有直供私人温泉池，房內設計温馨舒適，乾淨衞生，早上提供早餐，有十多款，民宿來説很不錯了，下次還要再來！"

"原本看到是新開業但風評一般，抱着試一下的心態，想不到這次入住超出預期，各方面的體驗都很不錯，首先環境真的很贊，房間乾淨寬敞，採光和隔音都很好，住着特別舒服～早餐跟宵夜必須誇！品種超豐富，食材新鮮味道好，我們早上吃得超滿足～ 地理位置對去清遠森林王國玩的遊客太友好了，離園區很近，酒店還可以提供免費接送車去森林王國，提前預約好時間，來回省心又方便，簡直帶娃家庭的福音！最感動的是服務細節，從前台到保潔阿姨都特別熱情，有求必應，讓人感覺像在家一樣温暖～無論是親子游、情侶出行還是朋友聚會，都很推薦選這裏喔，性價比高又省心，下次來清遠還會住！"

"一來到酒店就感受到了前台熱情友好的接待，小瑜入住時還貼心介紹了周邊美食和景點，服務很貼心，酒店的香氛很好聞，淡淡的香味讓人很放鬆，進到房間也非常驚喜，一整面全景落地窗，窗外風景盡收眼底，早上起床就有暖暖的陽光曬進房間，舒適温暖。
第二天去了飛來湖濕地公園，公園裡的落羽杉都紅了，風景很美，跟油畫一樣，還可以看落日殘荷，湖面還有鳥兒嬉戲，週末在這裏逛公園，曬太陽，看着太陽漸漸西沉，霞光療愈了疲憊的身心。回到酒店，還有茶室提供，旁邊還有一整面牆的書籍供人閲讀，一盞茶，一卷書，悠享這片刻寧靜。
清遠真是個很美很治癒的好地方，以後有機會，還會來清遠遊玩，還會選擇這家讓我非常喜愛的酒店。"

"房間設施比較齊全，但房間顯得小，有個要吐槽是，牙刷質量不過關，全都是被壓壞，當晚就將就刷了，比較晚所以也沒要求更換。建議以後配套服務要更近，細節方面做得更精緻，有家的感覺，另外別墅衞生乾淨整潔，庭院有秋千，有温泉，有燒烤爐，會讓人感到舒服自在。辦理入住的時候會有免費的早餐券贈送，不過早餐相對簡單，需要改善下，加點錢也無所謂，入住時候是清明假期，酒店特別安排一系列手工活動，很有意思，老師講課很認真，另外有水上活動體驗，大小朋友都會喜歡，但相對較少設施設備可以去體驗，可能新開需要再完善。服務和管家態度非常好，服務到位，隨叫隨到，點個贊👏"

PPengguna Tetamu1.位置：民宿環境清幽，青山綠樹環繞，如果你是高鐵前往英德西站的話，建議出站後租車自駕前往，出遊更方便。
2.設施：房間採光通風很好，沒有任何的異味，提供一次性的漱口茶杯、毛巾、坐廁板貼，乾淨衞生。温泉池足夠大，可以兩個人同時泡，最關鍵一點，相比其他温泉民宿或酒店，他們的出水超級快，爽！
3.美食：民宿的早餐是老闆夫婦親手製作的，誠意拉滿，下午坐在美麗的餐廳裏喝杯咖啡，品嚐一下老闆娘的手做麪包，是一大享受！周邊自駕也有不少農家菜美食，物美價廉。
4.遊玩：民宿老闆非常貼心地製作了周邊遊玩的地圖，單憑這一點就值得二刷了。附近還有草莓園，可以摘新鮮草莓哦

LlwkengI am a family traveller with 2 young kids. Stayed for 4d3n in the Family room. Overall the room cleanliness is good and sound proof insulation as good as well. The bed is comfortable and have a small sitting area for the kids to rest.
Amenities in room can be further improved eg.the are no basic cutleries for making drinks, toilet bowl doesn't have bidet and water pipe for kids and lack of a simple wardrobe place.
The breakfast was good even though the selection of choices are not a lot.
Plus point is the guest laundry which is very convenient for travellers which staying longer duration.
However, the lobby and public area air cleanliness needs to be improved as during weekdays, the smoking smell is quite strong which is very uncomfortable for guest who doesn't smoke and with kids.
Location wise a bit lack as there are not much shops around. Probably why there are more business traveller here.
If the above is further improved, everything will be perfect.

Ppaul24hrsWe come to this resort often . We love the architecture and interior design . On this trip , I wanted a hamburger from the restaurant for lunch so after checking-in we went to the restaurant to eat . My wife ordered her meal and I ordered my hamburger . Her food came first but my food never came . After waiting 30 minutes I asked the waitress (Chinese only ) where my burger was and she said she never placed the order. I was so confused how she could make that mistake and told her to start making the burger . I had to wait another 35 minutes for a decent burger . After complaining the management team did all they could to make it right and in the end we left with a positive impression of the staff . They honestly did all they could to make the mistake right and we were grateful for their sincere attempt at making things right. Room and hot springs clean and I would recommend a visit here .

PPengguna TetamuThis is an excellent hotel with extremely friendly staff. I don't think they get many foreign guests here and the staff were especially accommodating to me, even bringing fresh fruit and other snacks to my room as a way of showing hospitality. As for the hotel itself, it is an impressively large building with a classical style; the rooms themselves contain many dark woods that would have been seen in the Chinese hotels of yesterday. Everything is clean and well-maintained and the amenities are that of a far more expensive hotel. The location is within walking distance of the main shopping district but also close to the 'old town', where surprisingly impoverished and ramshackle dwellings can be seen. There is a bus station around 2km away that has services to popular tourist destinations like Jiulong village. The hotel itself may also provide such services but I didn't ask about that this time. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Yingde!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaMy family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gong He Yuan Hotel , and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
The lobby was elegantly decorated and created a cozy atmosphere, which set the tone for my entire visit. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep every night of our stay.
The hotel amenities were fantastic! I especially enjoyed the pool area; which was well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet — a great way to start the day!
Overall, my experience at Gong He Yuan Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it!

RronsanIf ever travelling to Gulong Gorge this would be the place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms and affordable prices. While the hotel hit all the check boxes the restaurant didn't. Unfortunately the restaurant breakfast do not provide coffee or fresh juice. So all the coffee lovers be advised to carry your own coffee. All in all, this is a lovely accommodation to spend a night.

PPengguna TetamuThis was the first time we were staying at this hotel, and we will definitely be coming back. The rooms are big and clean, the staff is extremely cooperative and friendly. A special mention to the manager Zhu Haojin who was always very helpful whenever we were faced with difficulty and ensuring we had an amazing experience overall. The hot springs and water park were around 500m away from this hotel and there were feeder cars to and from the springs, they were very enjoyable and kid friendly. We are definitely looking forward to coming here regularly.

CCarolineThe rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was close to lots of attractions and great restaurants around. To get around, you will have to call a taxi or didi. The hotel's restaurant and mini bakery in the lobby were really delicious too!! They also have a really amazing gym for free. Some inconvenient things are: no washing machine (only laundry service which you pay for the staff to take you laundry in and wash it in the big facilities), and no mini fridge. But overall, the service was kind and friendly, the rooms were super nice, food was amazing, there's really not much to complain about for this hotel!

PPengguna TetamuThe room was small and it had obviously been smoked in, in the past. But it was good enough for what I needed. The price I got the room for was very good in my mind. The staff don't know English, but they are helpful and willing to try to get things worked out. I will say that the room had numerous potential ”OCD Triggers.” Like the light switches that couldn't be adjusted so they all pointed the same way or the useless doorstop.
If you step out of the hotel and turn left, there is a nice restaurant on the corner that the hotel recommended to me. If you are looking for vegetarian options, simply continue in that direction for a few blocks and look for a small restaurant that advertises healthy options. So I can say that the location is near some good food options. Also, if you continue in that direction you will find a lovely park next to the river. It is a great place to take a walk.
