The service was great. The receptionists were very helpful and polite. The only drawback of the hotel is the lack of amenities the life ends after 6 o'clock. The pool closes at 5.30 . The shops , the restaurants, the food street all close at the same time. There is no sense to stay at night.

The hotel is only 12km from 清城站 and 68km from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. With multiple attractions nearby including Qingxin Park, QingXin DengGuang YeShi BuXingJie and Mingxia Palace, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. It is within short walk to all busy shops & restaurants. In fact this hotel was built in the OLD Qingyuan city..
The counter staffs helpful , and teach us how to log into wifi. I had stayed here 14 years ago.
Night market open daily just nearby. The hotel rate is affordable for us seniors.

Lobinya sangat mewah. Saya fikir ia mahal. Pembukaan baru lebih daripada seratus dua ratus. Tempat letak kereta agak mudah. Terdapat banyak tempat letak kereta. Tidak lama selepas pembukaan, jadi semuanya baru. Tak ada apa nak cakap. Terdapat bufet. Hantar, ingat nak mintak front desk nak dapatkan, design hiasan kecik dalam bilik pun sangat tersendiri.

服務: 首先前台Vivi在我們辦理入住時面帶微笑，很有禮節，同時給我們升級為了豪華大床房，很感謝她。housekeeper應該是專職非外包，同樣熱情，禮貌，有邊界感；整個入住過程當中我要了多餘的毛巾，鼠標墊，椅子都得到了滿足，國際五星級的服務標準在歡朋這樣的經濟型品牌當中體現出來讓我感到非常的驚訝。
設施: 40平米左右的客房面積，整體的空餘場地很大，可以配合瑜伽墊完成基礎的運動。衞生間乾淨無異味。配有洗衣房，健身房，地下停車場，停車場好評有酒店專屬靠近車位。同時酒店緊挨着一家加油站
餐飲: 早餐 糕點 菜餚 現煮麪 咖啡 果汁 豆漿一應俱全，個人認為比華住會的早餐做的好吃。
不愉快以及解決方式: 中間洗衣的時候被一些低素質的客人暫停了我的洗衣程序4-5次，酒店清潔人員第一時間察覺到了我的情緒，以及提供了洗衣房的協助，同時在退房時提供了禮品以及承諾會查詢監控進行排查。
整體評價: 一傢俱有hospitality精神的酒店，在這個價位提供這麼高標準的服務可以説是性價比拉滿，再一次為清潔人員和前台服務人員的高速反應，靈活處事鼓掌。這家酒店值得所有來清遠的人入住

衞生：
酒店嶄新裝修，地毯肉眼可見乾淨. 房間裏面的玻璃用具都沒有任何水痕，遺憾是入住時候備註禁煙房間，但房間裏略帶煙味，所幸前台姐姐處理及時和態度也很誠懇！點贊！好評！
特別點評下早餐
品種豐富也新鮮，很多都是熱氣騰騰🍲. 還有自助華夫餅機器🧇.
小提議:如果有多些西式蛋糕就更好了🍰

新酒店房間很大，風格造型小朋友很喜歡，但空間密閉沒開窗，星空這塊區域會悶和氣味，大床房不會，因為可以開門換氣.空調調節温度會發出很大聲響，建議房間放張書桌椅子，樓上是酒吧，凌晨一點多依然有夜場音樂聲影響睡眠，入住前沒提前跟客人説明，服務水平有待加強，九點去吃早餐，很多食物都空盆，跟服務員反映也沒添加，住了那麼多五星級酒店從沒遇過這種情況…

AAsh & MedsOur stay at the Sheraton Lion Lake Hotel can be summarised in one word, disappointing.
I believe this was/has the potential to be a lovely hotel to visit. The hotel and its grounds are massive, however, most areas are closed and there is a general feeling of abandonment. Fountains and water features are empty, shops closed, grass is overgrown and facilities a little dated and tired. The indoor pool and one of the restaurants were closed and the outdoor pool was not very clean.
What it did have was excellent customer service, the Moroccan theme was very cool and the rooms overlooking the lake were clean and had a lovely balcony.
Overall, not worth the money. If you are looking for a base to sight-see Qingyuan, there are much cheaper hotels around and if you are wanting to enjoy a staycation this will be a disappointment.

PPengguna TetamuWe took the train from Guangzhou to Qingyuan city ,it takes only 30 min . My fisrt impression when I just arrived here was the cleanliness of this hotel , I have been staying in so many hotels around China ,but this tooks our hearth . the room is supper big and not smelly , it's looks like a small appartment that has everything in it , the view from the balcony is incredible as you can see the mountains around you , also the weather is so clean especially for those who suffer from air polluted cities , with all this the breakfast was delecious as you have the right to choose between the Chinese breakfast and western one , what a combination between the two , breakfast starts at 9:00 an until 10:00 am . the city is really beautiful as we had the chance to visit Gulongxia Glass Grand Canyon which only 5km away from the hotel , that places is just amazing and it's definelty worth visit , I advice to visit this place when it's sunny . All in all , if I had the chance to visit this city I would definitely stay in this hotel again .also it's super convenient ,see you in the near future .

週中過去，不是旺季民宿很安靜。訂了大的房間，所以配套是不錯的。民宿老闆很熱情，好客。一樓可以給客人喝茶聊天，很舒服。
缺點：1.四樓房間淋浴的熱水時冷時熱，希望能改進。2.房間與廁所的阻隔衹是一條布簾，感覺這樣不夠衞生，而且上廁所味道直接傳出來了。

AAllanguan去年來過一次，今年老譚演唱會又來了……
酒店門麪不大，就在清遠新城汽車客運站對麪，走路到江邊也是大概十來分鐘的樣子；旁邊有不少吃飯的地方。
房間也不大，低層樓房改造的那種，有窗但窗戶是挨着隔壁房屋外牆的，問題不大，乾淨衛生，經濟實惠，可以推薦👌

AAnggulaimuyantiemuerSaya menginap di Baodun Lake Villa Resort buat kali pertama, tepat pada masanya untuk bercuti. Saya tinggal bersama isteri saya dan menempah bilik jarak sifar. Saya keluar ke lorong renang. Isteri saya menyukai semua jenis pusingan renang yang comel di lorong renang. Mereka bebas untuk digunakan. Dan butler adalah lebih kecil daripada perkhidmatan yang baik, anda boleh menjawab apa sahaja yang anda perlukan.

PPengguna TetamuVery helpful and friendly hosts. Location is almost at the top of the Yao Village, close to the temple and 50m from the street walking up to the temple. With the help of our hosts we found it without problems. You have to park the car at the parking lot of the village and then walk up the hill on the main stoneway. With every step you take uphill, you feel more and more the charm of this village and its people. You feel like in a past century. And as you are walking uphill and turn to see the beautiful scenery, you will wish to stay more time. This is the place to forget about stress at work and the noise of big cities. Here you can relax and fill up your batteries.
We booked a basic room with a small bathroom, what was enough for us for 1 night. But you have to get used to the chinese toilets. The view from the balcony was absolutly beautiful. The hosts have a small restaurant across the street and you can order from your room and enjoy the tasty food on the balcony. If you have enough time, stay at least 1 night. You will not regret. One of our favourite villages in China.
