酒店離海灘非常近，走路3分鐘就到了金夢灣沙灘。這個沙灘以前咩有注意過，黃金細沙，幾乎沒石子保護的很不錯。遊客也不會那麼多，很新。 酒店在香格里拉酒店旁邊，距離很近。預訂的25平米的房間，十一期間前台還給升級了50平米的房間，超出預期。房間非常大，裝修很好，衞生也不錯。室內的餐桌很實用。我推薦住雙床房，要比大床感覺佈局還簡單合理，總之就是十分寬敞。 前台服務和客房服務都很周到，有求必應。 酒店樓下有一個餐廳，雖帶雙早，前台mm送了小童早餐券，非常貼心了。 這次秦皇島之旅雖然衹有四天，玩了2次海釣，一次釣章魚、一次釣小青魚，每次收穫滿滿，有意思。

9月1日下午四點左右接待我們的前台小姐姐禮貌專業，服務周到，酒店乾淨衞生，停車方便，距離海邊很近，步行不到10分鐘就是金夢海灣海灘，非常優秀，下次來秦皇島旅遊還會再次選擇這間酒店~

This hotel is very close to a beautiful beach which is a plus, however this hotel seems to be just for chineses guest, the staff didn't speak English and though they tried to do their best this was dissapointing about a Hilton hotel, is the first time when something so basic such as asking for the menu in the restaurant or basic questions such as the ckeck in or check out time, if they could provide me more complementary water, etc, could not do it because I could not communicate with them properly.

酒店地處海港區，出行方便。據出租車司機介紹，住在海港區最理想，出門去北戴河區其他景點距離都不遠，住宿性價比高。房間乾淨寬敞，乾濕分離，洗手枱設計的很好，和淋浴間、衞生間獨立開來，這樣使用不會擠佔時間。有洗手液和潤膚乳液，這點很喜歡，精油沐浴液味道清新。早餐豐富，選擇較多。入住時準備了水果，離店贈送了伴手禮，非常貼心。比較了很久選擇了美居酒店，也是因為信賴華住會的品質，非常滿意。

設施：非常好，乾淨衞生泳池清潔到位 環境：房間大廳都很乾凈！ 服務：服務熱情周到 隨機訂的酒店，但是非常滿意！乾淨衞生，孩子玩的泳池清理也很到位，服務周到，周圍設施齊全！交通方便！孩子玩的高興，家長看着也省勁兒！離劉莊夜市碧螺塔都很近！總體非常滿意，下次去秦皇島還會選擇花築林頤店！

臨時決定帶孩子長者出來玩一圈，由於時間比較緊張，又不想錯過一些景點，搜了好久選擇這家酒店，這個酒店位置相當不錯，鄰着大道，打車、公交都非常方便，離鴿子窩公園步行就可抵達，房間也非常大，雖然沒有浴缸，但這個價位還是很不錯的選擇。前台服務人員熱情周到，還有很多温馨提示，及孩子們挖沙工具免費使用。

A very nice service, listening to guest’s need. Fruit plate every afternoon with delicious fruits. I asked and got room changed due to noise and smell from kitchen. Also agreed to checkout 2 hours later than regular checkout time.

I recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work. I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied. The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service. I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone. In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement. 性價比很好的酒店，酒店環境一流。 設施老一些但是很乾凈，裝修是那種國企大氣的風格，有點老五星酒店的感覺。前台服務和客房服務都非常好，天氣冷給送電暖氣，送果盤，有問題及時迴應。停車免費，車位充足，附近600米就有充電站。 到各個景區開車5-10分鐘左右，鬧中取靜非常便利。酒店有自己的餐廳、咖啡廳、娛樂室。 餐廳早餐還可以，廚師廚藝不錯晚餐吃了兩次，點的菜味道挺好，但是年齡較大的服務員的服務水平一般需要加強管理。

設施：都是新的，比較完善，沒露台的房間晾衣服不太方便。 衞生：公共區域整潔，客房也每天按時打掃更換衞具。就是沙發下一衹以前客人留下的拖鞋始終沒被發現。總體還是很熱心的提供服務。 環境：整潔，後門出去確實離夜市很近 服務：前台服務面無表情，工作效率很快，解決問題及時。客房保潔笑呵呵的很熱心。最好的是餐廳服務，幹活麻利且禮貌。 濱嶼宴丨老北京炸醬麪套餐（午餐或晚餐）:沒給券也就沒吃。 總結：錯峯出遊價格親民。入住第一天的房間優點是有寬敞的露台，不足是一晚上房間裏抓了一衹壁虎和六衹蛐蛐，缺點是正好在餐廳操作間上邊噪音沒法避免。第二天果斷換房後就沒有噪音了。蚊、蟲也沒有發現。餐廳菜品乾淨衞生，味道有的中規中矩有的也很好吃，豐儉由人，賓至如歸。
