Qinhuangdao Yitu Jinhai'an Scenic Hotel (Nandaihe Xianluo Island)

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception staff were all friendly, professional and always willing to help. A special thank you to 张家维 from the reception team who went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful, answered all our questions and recommended several beautiful places to visit that made our stay even more memorable. The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. It is close to many popular attractions making it easy to get around and explore the area without spending too much time traveling. There are also restaurants, shops and other amenities nearby which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was comfortable, with clean bed sheets, fresh towels and all the basic amenities we needed. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and the staff always greeted us with a smile . The only area that could be improved is the cleaning of the floors as they did not always seem as clean as the rest of the room. Aside from that, everything else was great and we had a wonderful experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service, comfortable rooms, convenient location, and helpful staff. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Even though I am a foreigner and there was sometimes a language barrier, they were very patient and always tried their best to assist me. The location is also excellent, only about 100 metres from the beach. The nearby beach has many activities and is very lively. The hotel also has parking, and the staff helped me arrange everything related to the car. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

good service but the location is a bit remote. andi was a little disapointed with the view. it was like a 50 percentview. the rest block by the next building, but the room was really large, and there was a small place like kitchen. but the exaust didn't work

The room is spacious and the view was really beautiful. My room had an ocean view and the sound of the waves at night was cool along with the gentle breeze.

We truly enjoyed our trip and were so happy with this hotel. The view from our room was breathtaking. We could have spent all day just looking out. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. What really stood out was how quiet and peaceful the property was; it felt like a true escape from the city noise. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again

Check-in took over an hour, assuming they do not get foreign guests often. Getting to the room was a little confusing as they seem to have multiple buildings but didn’t tell us where to go at first so we were wandering around trying to find our room. The staff helped us find the way and then the key cards didn’t work, so after a 6-hour drive and an hour+ check-in we were at breaking point! Room was ok, run down and outdated but functional. They do not have normal towels, only disposable, single-use towels that are thin and small like kitchen roll and not exactly environmentally friendly. The bins were emptied every day but the room wasn’t cleaned and the bedding wasn’t changed even once in 5-days. The furniture was mismatched and a little dirty. The room did have a sea view and was close enough to walk to but this particular part of the beach is not suitable for swimming. The shower door was missing so the bathroom flooded easily and the disposable bath towels were barely able to soak it up. The staff were friendly and tried their best at check-in but they should have foreigners fill out the required information before arrival to make check-in faster. The price was a little high for the quality of the room but it was a national holiday, however, we would not stay again and would rather have paid a little more for somewhere nicer. There is ample parking and a few restaurants around, as well as small convenience shops and places selling seaside play things, shells and other types of things.

The location is okay, staffs weee friendly and cooperative, however, the service is not up to the mark. Price seems to be expensive compared to the services offered. No telephone inside the room. There was no way to contact the property other than visiting the reception which is in another building,3-4 mins walking.
