The location is perfect to see the sunrise and sunset on the beach! The service is also very good including very fresh seafood at reasonable price.

Amazing hotel! The Bret Alfa’s that was good, with a lot of choices. Location is very good, just next to the beach and it takes around 25 minutes ride to the train station. Hot spring is amazing! Many hot baths, pools. Easy navigation. Room is big and clean, very comfortable stay.

The location is good on the first line from the sea. The whole resort is divided into several hotels, and it was a surprise for us. This hotel building is right side if you facing the sea. We booked a room with a sea view, but its main part was a pool roof. The pool, which you can visit for free while staying in this hotel, is too small, shallow, and overcrowded by kids from the city. The room is small. The bedding was clean, and all amenities were OK. Breakfast in the other building is not too bad, but it is necessary to come early because dishes are not addressed. The price of the proposed room and service is too high.

Our stay at this beachfront hotel was wonderful. The clean room and stunning ocean views made for a relaxing retreat. Watching the sunrise and strolling along the beach added to the charm. The hot springs in our room were a unique and enjoyable feature.The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience. The dinner buffet, priced at 169 RMB, offered a fantastic variety of seafood and other dishes, making it a must-try. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay and recommend this hotel for its excellent location and amenities.

I recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work. I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied. The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service. I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone. In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement. What a gem!

房間設施很好，馬桶是智能的。庭院房有個小私湯池，可以恆温很舒服。整個房間裝修很有質感很精緻。入住期間可以進出温泉戲水區一次，嗯，這還行吧… 酒店位置很好，東山浴場，一出門就可以看見海，附近有海港花園值得一逛。酒店早餐還可以！

房間乾淨整潔衞生，環境很好 服務：服務態度很好。 環境：海邊，沙灘，海鷗，海水乾淨 衞生：非常衞生，有私湯，特意再刷了一遍 設施：很新

房間特別乾淨！要了一個親子房，一個海景房！都是很好的房間！窗外就是大海的感覺真好！親子房的床很大！不介意的話可以住五個人！像到了一個城堡！準備夏天再來玩！中餐廳的飯菜有點小貴！但是確實好吃！孩子都很愛吃！

酒店位置沒得説，出門就是海灘，出行打車也比較方便。 客房要的雙床房兩人住大小比較合適。 工作人員服務挺好的，挺熱情的、酒店設施也會主動介紹。特別是王澤宇工作超讚，每天都會主動聯繫問有哪些需要，每天提供客房水果。👍👍👍 下次再去秦皇島還會選擇住這裏。

整個度假區環境超美，藍頂白房子，很象歐洲的小島聖託里尼，離海邊直線距離50米。温泉泡池超級大，庭院屋頂還帶電動天窗，馬桶也是智能帶加熱的。早餐豐盛，在這裏度假太舒服了。

這個十一假期來了趟秦皇島，選擇入住這家温泉酒店，酒店整體設施還可以，除了衞生間手持淋浴頭無法調節角度之外，整體衞生環境都還可以吧，就是這次為了能住下長者孩子，選的園林親子房，但是其實就是對着酒店後面停車場的，下次考慮看看住海景房那邊可能視野會更好一些。 酒店一樓就是温泉水域區，可以泡湯和汗蒸，也有户外游泳池，不過十一期間室外温度比較涼了，不適合户外游泳了。就是温泉票只是一次進出的，不能當天重複使用，這點希望能改善一下吧。室外還有個小型小童遊樂園，20一天隨便玩。酒店緊挨着東山浴場，如果想挖沙子海邊玩一下，也挺方便的。PS：辦理入住就送了一套挖沙子的小桶，還比較貼心。 酒店總體服務還不錯，尤其我到了前台就加了禮賓員王澤宇的微信，有什麼客房需求直接發給他，回覆都比較及時，服務體驗還不錯。並且酒店保潔姐姐們服務態度也都很熱情，打掃衞生也都挺及時的。總體上來説還可以吧，下次還會考慮再來光顧的。
