This hidden gem of a hotel absolutely deserves a perfect score! Choosing it was the best decision I made for my Qionghai trip!
The hotel offers a convenient high-speed rail station shuttle service. As soon as I walked in, I was captivated by the stunning Tiffany blue lobby! Plus, they offer complimentary afternoon tea and ice cream!
The bedding was incredibly comfortable; after three nights, I almost didn't want to check out! The room's decor was truly designed with women in mind, hitting all the right notes!
Breakfast was another highlight! The pandan pastries were delicious, and the restaurant was spotless, offering a fantastic blend of Chinese and Western options. Even better, takeout orders were delivered by a robot, which added a great sense of security!
I've already highly recommended it to all my friends planning to visit Qionghai!

I was in Qionghai on business this time and stumbled upon this newly opened hotel. It's right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. Check-in was super easy; they support digital ID cards, and the front desk lady was quick and efficient, getting me all set up in two or three minutes. She also kindly directed me to the laundry room and water dispenser. The smart room system is fantastic; no need to hunt for switches – I can just call out to turn on the lights or adjust the AC, which is perfect for someone as lazy as me. The Mlily zero-pressure mattress was incredibly comfortable. After a tiring day of accompanying someone, lying on it really helped my whole body relax, and I slept wonderfully. I booked the audio-visual room, and watching movies on the 100-inch screen was amazing. Catching up on shows after a busy evening was such a stress reliever. Plus, they offer complimentary snacks and soft drinks – impeccable attention to detail. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Qionghai!

I've discovered a hidden gem of a hotel! The quality at this price is absolutely amazing! The hotel receptionist and butler communicated our arrival time in advance and even upgraded our room. Although it's a newly opened hotel, the whole place smelled wonderful, with no overpowering renovation odors. The room was spacious, and the mirror on the bathroom vanity had a built-in light, which was incredibly helpful for women doing their makeup! The breakfast offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, and the staff mentioned that the pastries were made fresh daily, which was a pleasant surprise. There are many restaurants nearby, and my friends and I discovered some delicious Hainanese cuisine and tofu pudding behind the hotel. It's only a 5-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, making dining and transportation very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Qionghai!

BBobbiThe location is perfect with a lovely view of the beach from our balcony. The staff members were all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is pretty nice. The pool is amazing. The fish foot spa is an interesting experience for no charge and there is recreational area including billiards and ping pong. Complimentary high tea in the afternoon is nice.

LLeoLeoXuFabulous the hotel especially the wall lights are shinning perfectly however one housekeeping staff with black suit were disputing to me when I took 4 small bottles of pure water from the trolley at corridor when back to my room even I said hi how are you to her firstly but she had total no any polite and disputed to me said which's my room number why I took the water by myself freely and blamed me seriously, it's totally shocked by me at that moment that's exactly a professional hospitality you're treating your customers like that right, as well the chef when met in morning asked him where's the restaurant for a couple of times but he had no any response back to answer your question, it's totally the uncomfortable taste to your hotel and will be definitely spreading your good service to others, herewith thanks to the management Ms Wang JieQing she's so kind to revert me back to above bad experience from me and sent me a plate of fruit for relieving me a bit thanks, hotel restaurant is awesome we had all our meals there for every day especially the coconut chicken is the best of the best from the restaurant seafood is perfect also indeed

I actually gave such a good accommodation package with Xia. The bathroom is Keller. The big water flow is really beautiful. Let us sweat and stroll in the sea. We took the bath comfortably. Then the comfort of the mattress can be comparable to my home Shuda. The clean and tasteless bed is the same as at home. After a sleep, the quality of sleep is not worse than at home. It is dawn.
