來自成都的老闆夫婦特別親切，在這留宿就像回到家了一樣。從庭院的格局，到大廳跟房間裏的擺設佈置，處處都能看見大姐大哥的縝密心思。房子被檳榔園包圍住，隱私度特高，非常安靜，房間整潔度也是滿分。
我們泡完這裡的溫泉特別放鬆，晚上還能看見螢火蟲在院子裏翩翩起舞。臨走前，大姐還送了我們自家種的木瓜跟大蕉，太幸福了🧡檳榔也是我們遇過最聰明、乖巧的小狗之一，怕狗的伙伴們完全不用擔心。

房間很大，衞生間也很乾凈，佈局很好，房間有點黴味，但是看房間都是通風的，也許是海南天氣原因，酒店裡麪的設施也很全，但是人比較少，位置也屬於比較偏的，辦入住的前台女生跟小哥態度不好，多問一句都很不耐煩🙄這五星是給今天中午的前台小妹跟客房阿姐，泳池人少緣故，水質有點不乾淨。

The bathroom area couldn't be locked and the door was extremely heavy (need to use a lot of strength to close) which I suspect was faulty.
The service was remarkable as my friend fell and they even came up to apply medicine for her. The support was good.

The room was pretty neat and the service of the front staff employees and the housekeepers were great. The breakfast (if you have opted for it) was alright, nothing too spectacular. The only downside I could think of was the lack of a mini-fridge. I'd say that this hotel is a great location where there are many eateries and convenience stores nearby.

本地朋友推薦的，物超所值，裝修風格簡約，但是細節、品質很用心，使用很方便，很好，房間很寬大，淋浴間乾濕分離，空間大非常舒適，智能客控燈光，電動窗簾也非常方便，床墊不是特別軟剛剛好，服務也很熱情，晚上跟朋友聚會燒烤就在正對面，看旁邊酒吧也很多，非常值得推薦。

Comfortable stay. Homely feeling. New bright and clean hotel with excellent gym equipment. A little out of the city but close to hospital research area. We travelled into Qionghai each day by cab and did not mine the 20-30 min drive. It was worth it for comfort and peace.

3.沐浴露洗髮水瓶蓋是不可以擰開的，一般衹有高端連鎖酒店才能做到這種細節，這家酒店都能做到了，衞生乾淨，很講究~

SSOO FONGStayed there for a total of 8 nights and there was nothing to complain about. Good location, delicious breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful and facilities and amenities were all necessary and top notch including washing machine and dryer. Overall, cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel were very good. Thank you for providing my family a wonderful stay:)

SSarah Welsh1This is a great place to stay, a little hard to find as it’s on such a massive complex. Thankfully a kind person drove me to the correct building. The landlady was great and happy to communicate. The room was very clean and the balcony very good. My only warning is that I closed the balcony door while I was in the balcony smoking and the door would not open to let me back in. There is no handle on the outside of the door and so I was left outside for 15 minutes trying to open it. The landlady said she would send someone up to help but thankfully I managed to open the door finally (great as I had deadlocked the front door). The apartment is lovely as is the landlady.

JJiuyaoxiaojie民宿是在潭門鎮鎮中心附近的一個靠海的村子裏，這個村近些年被打造過，綠化和設施還算不錯的，從民宿走路去到可趕海的海灘也就10分鐘不到。
他家在村子裏有2個分店，我們住在更新、更現代化的新店，設施和用品齊全，衞生特別好。院子裏種着菠蘿蜜、木瓜、芒果等果樹，當然還有椰子樹，隔壁家還有楊桃樹，這對於內陸來的衹吃過果子沒看過樹的孩子來説是漲見識了。
關於交通，我們從博鰲機場打車過來平台約車70元左右，其實也可以提前跟店主問問看幫忙找個熟悉的司機師傅預約接機，費用還實惠些。
關於吃飯問題，村子裏沒有什麼飲食店，需要打車或開車去鎮上吃，幾分鐘到，鎮上有海鮮店一條街，也有本地人開的各種老爸茶店，推薦去試試南麥早餐店。不想每頓飯都坐車出門覓食的話可以提前跟店主預約餐食，民宿新店這邊還有個大大的廚房和漂亮的餐廳空間，店裡也有飲食選擇，提前多溝通吧。
周邊遊玩，中國南海博物館離民宿不遠，打車幾分鐘就到，步行慢慢走的話大約20分鐘內也能到。

Great service - albeit English only is a challenge; clean and well designed rooms; wonderful amenities: two pools - one shallow, sprawling and great for kids and one facing the ocean; the roof has an open air lounge with a five path foot massage floor which we enjoyed as much as a morning coffee haha. Will be back!

LLeoLeoXuFabulous the hotel especially the wall lights are shinning perfectly however one housekeeping staff with black suit were disputing to me when I took 4 small bottles of pure water from the trolley at corridor when back to my room even I said hi how are you to her firstly but she had total no any polite and disputed to me said which's my room number why I took the water by myself freely and blamed me seriously, it's totally shocked by me at that moment that's exactly a professional hospitality you're treating your customers like that right, as well the chef when met in morning asked him where's the restaurant for a couple of times but he had no any response back to answer your question, it's totally the uncomfortable taste to your hotel and will be definitely spreading your good service to others, herewith thanks to the management Ms Wang JieQing she's so kind to revert me back to above bad experience from me and sent me a plate of fruit for relieving me a bit thanks, hotel restaurant is awesome we had all our meals there for every day especially the coconut chicken is the best of the best from the restaurant seafood is perfect also indeed

PPengguna Tetamu在瓊海度假的這幾天，我選擇了希雅圖酒店。在這裏度過了一段愉快輕鬆的時光。酒店的位置非常便利，距離市中心和萬泉河，雜糧街都衹有很短的車程。酒店的工作人員都非常熱情友好，對待客人非常周到，有啥需要給他們説了響應很快。酒店的設施非常齊全，有停車場，自助洗衣房，無論是房間還是公共區域，都給人一種温馨如家的感覺，房間很寬敞，還有大大的落地窗，床鋪柔軟舒適，床品雪白，衞生間乾淨整潔，衞生死角都打掃得乾乾淨淨，洗漱用品齊全，強烈推薦。

AAshleyRaeThis place was a lot more rural than we expected but it was quite nice still. The pool could be better maintained and it’s not actually open 24 hours as listed (9-11:30&2-8:30). My biggest complaint is having a room with stove top but not being allowed to use it?! What’s the point. After complaining at least we were given a hot plate (better than nothing I guess). The beach here was mellow and empty. Also, the room could have been cleaner…but overall, assuming I could cook there, I’d go back. Good option if you want to be away from it all and relax. Sea view room was stunning though.

SShannon&AsherPart of a large hotel, water park complex, Sweetome is one of several accommodation options. The value for the room was good. Nice ocean and pool view. There’s a pool and small gym available. And you can walk to the beach and water park through the pool facilities. Staff aren’t used to English service if you need it. But there were no general issues and we enjoyed a short stay. Worth it for a day in the water park which allows you to come and go as you please as long as you keep your bracelet on.
