本地朋友推薦的，裝修風格簡約，但是細節、品質很用心，房間很寬大，智能客控燈光，電動窗簾也非常方便，床墊不是特別軟剛剛好，服務也很熱情，晚上跟朋友聚會燒烤就在正對面，看旁邊酒吧也很多，非常值得推薦。

The hotel is a bit dated but clean enough. Rooms were reasonably priced for the quality. The Breakfast was reasonably priced and included a decent selection and fresh coffee. Some of the hot food items were quite cold by the time we ate.

這次的酒店體驗較差，性價比嚴重不符。價格偏高，但實際感受卻像快捷酒店，設施與服務都遠達不到相應水準。天氣寒冷，水温過涼無法下水，本應配備 30 度左右的恆温泳池才對。酒店內部看似美觀卻冷冷清清，沒什麼人氣。雖説服務人員尚可，能單獨開池子放水，但池子數量不多。而且團隊客人較多，整體的體驗感不佳。這樣的酒店價格實在讓人難以接受，希望酒店能有所改進，提升品質與價格的匹配度，否則很難吸引更多顧客。

初次入酒店，進酒店的路上就有一種曲徑通幽處的感覺，一進大門，有一顆造型迎客松，接着還沒下車就看到可愛的狗狗跑過來接我們，那感覺真的像回家，整個院子就像我的夢中情院一樣，每一處都細緻，精緻，再來説説客房，我住的榻榻米，一進去兩個大床，都是榻榻米，可以説是我心尖上的設計，孩子隨便滾，不會掉下來，有個露台，坐着喝點兒茶，看看落日，看着孩子在院子裏玩耍，晚上出去轉一圈，回來老闆做了晚飯，味道很絕，雖然出門在外，但是跟給孩子在家裡吃一樣安心，吃完又出去溜達一圈，回來老闆已經放了温泉水，美美的泡個私湯，湯池是真乾淨啊，晚上坐在湯池裡，看着氤氲的熱氣升騰，手底下摸到的每一片磚都很乾凈，真的可以説是身心全方位的滋養，安然入睡，第二天皮膚滑滑的，起來老闆又做好了早餐，這次的旅程對我來説絕對是從未有過的一次深度放鬆，很感謝老闆給我們傳遞他們的能量，温暖，放鬆，安心，愜意。

IIreneLeeI am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well!
We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free).
We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea.
Wide spread of breakfast!
I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai.

MMARIOS ILIASThe resort is well located next to the lake and walking distance to Baishiling park. Facilities are well designed and are being taken care of with a good maintenance plan. We travelled with kids and got the two bedrooms suite, which was very comfortable well appointed with great amenities. Compared to the other int chain hotels on Hainan, the management is doing so much better- great service from the staff and even during rush hour they have no problems delivering. Breakfast and food overall was good, while common areas are very comfortable and nicely designed. The hotel is children friendly and have numerous activities for the young visitors including a separate dedicated venue for them. For a more fluent communication Chinese speaking companions would make things very easy. This is a hot springs resort open for day walk-ins; it looks like an independent operation from the hotel management and the staff may challenge you (can be rude) if you don’t wear your bracelet - I would say more training is required for the hot springs personnel to meet the level of the hotel team. Overall a very good experience -

PPengguna Tetamu經常來這邊小區入住，其實這周邊幾個小區的設施設備都差不多，價錢相差也不大，所選擇的就是服務和衞生了，每次來多數會選擇這間，家庭式的房間，進去有一種回家的感覺，桌椅沙發.洗衣機浴缸.冰箱廚房，都是齊全的，還有一個大陽台，有桌子板凳，在外面打包餐食回來在陽台吃真的很舒服，離海的故事幾公里，幾條美食街，真心不錯，經常在外面跑來跑去，入住了很多名宿，這算是好的，面積五六十平方，在這裏住習慣了，有時候去到很遠的地方開車一個多小時也會跑過來住，以後也會經常來的，有一個問題需要説一下，浴巾只有一條，希望管家美女放二條哈🤗

Great service - albeit English only is a challenge; clean and well designed rooms; wonderful amenities: two pools - one shallow, sprawling and great for kids and one facing the ocean; the roof has an open air lounge with a five path foot massage floor which we enjoyed as much as a morning coffee haha. Will be back!

PPengguna TetamuAsia Bay is a massive resort that was very empty when we were there in December of 2022. Everyone was polite and helpful at check-in. The room was clean. It was just desolate. There is a HUGE water park at the resort which was obviously closed in the off season. No bar. Breakfast buffet was average. I’d probably be more fun when all the pools and slides are open.

PPengguna Tetamu到瓊海自由行，在網上定了三晚的酒店，首先説酒店的位置，離高鐵站很近，不到2公里，基本位於瓊海市最繁華的地段，去哪裡都很方便，酒店周邊一公里範圍內有紅色娘子軍雕像，萬泉河景區，溪仔老街等景觀，還有雜糧街，定外賣也方便，我幾乎每天都要定清補涼和綿綿冰，瓊海的天氣衹要出門就是一身汗！房間很大，前台的小姑娘非常熱情，有求必應。

Jjiaying9595這次入住博鰲亞洲灣怡園酒店，體驗超棒！酒店環境美、坐在陽台的椅子上，就能望到不遠處的海面。房間整潔寬敞。前台小謝，小莊工作人員熱情專業、服務周到，衞生清掃人員主動仔細，每個角落都一塵不染。尤其離開後發現所帶的精油落在房間裏，前台客服小馬接到電話後不僅幫我找到了精油。還用順豐快遞幫我寄回上海，讓我感受到了海南人民的熱情，善良和誠信，酒店管理非常好，必須點贊，下次還來！

AAndreaThe staff is really kind even if they do not speak English. The room (a suite) was of the right dimension, it even had two in suite bathrooms (both of them without a window). Also in one of the bedrooms (the one with the single bed) there was no window. The smaller bathroom stinks a little bit. In the room it was not provided free water nor big towels for the shower. On the balcony (facing an indoor lot) there was a place to hang the laundry. Really nearby the beaches and to the street with restaurants.

AAshleyRaeThis place was a lot more rural than we expected but it was quite nice still. The pool could be better maintained and it’s not actually open 24 hours as listed (9-11:30&2-8:30). My biggest complaint is having a room with stove top but not being allowed to use it?! What’s the point. After complaining at least we were given a hot plate (better than nothing I guess). The beach here was mellow and empty. Also, the room could have been cleaner…but overall, assuming I could cook there, I’d go back. Good option if you want to be away from it all and relax. Sea view room was stunning though.
