Hotel berhampiran Wanquanhe Bridge, Qionghai

The resort is well located next to the lake and walking distance to Baishiling park. Facilities are well designed and are being taken care of with a good maintenance plan. We travelled with kids and got the two bedrooms suite, which was very comfortable well appointed with great amenities. Compared to the other int chain hotels on Hainan, the management is doing so much better- great service from the staff and even during rush hour they have no problems delivering. Breakfast and food overall was good, while common areas are very comfortable and nicely designed. The hotel is children friendly and have numerous activities for the young visitors including a separate dedicated venue for them. For a more fluent communication Chinese speaking companions would make things very easy. This is a hot springs resort open for day walk-ins; it looks like an independent operation from the hotel management and the staff may challenge you (can be rude) if you don’t wear your bracelet - I would say more training is required for the hot springs personnel to meet the level of the hotel team. 酒店位置很棒！就在樂城園區內，主路大道旁。 周圍有美食城、便利店極為便捷。 房間不錯，商務裝修，房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全；洗衣機自帶烘乾、電磁爐、大冰箱、露台晾衣架都超級滿意，對於家庭旅遊或商務出行都非常合適。 早餐也不錯，選擇種類不少，餐廳姑娘素貞會時時貼心推薦[強] 前台姑娘桃子也很熱情服務態度很好，飛機晚點還特意幫忙做了延遲退房，總體入住非常滿意。

客房很乾凈。。。早餐的海南粉也很好吃。。。很滿意哦 設施：新，使用方便 衞生：滿分 環境：很舒服，大氣上檔次 服務：很好。點了外賣是機器人送上來的

Came to stay for 4 days with my family, damnn I like the hotel. has a good view at least of the sky outside of our window, we live on the 10th floor. It's very convenient to go out and eat around the area, there's small shops that sells pows, noodles and a few blocks away you can get to eat some dim sum restaurant already. Few miles away from the hotel is the wanquan River. I've tried to walk back to our hotel from there, if not you can also use their app DiDi to call for a cab. I really love the area around. Hotel is good, eventhough the toilet is quite cramp as I have long legs so it's hard to close the door.. haha..but I just close the big door. the shower cubicle, there's only light coming frim side ceiling so is dim.. but i like their shower gel fragrance! so lemonish~ there's no fridge, but have all the toiletries you need. It's a good stay, will totally book again next time cause of the area around. There's night market across the street too. The staff was good, and they also have free sweets and cookies at the counter which is nice! The staff at the entrance was friendly 😊 and helpful with directions! you can even play piano there at the entrance!! so cool~

Renovated few years ago and well maintained. My family would really love to extend the stay if possible. Good location and few mins walk to zaliang street with many food options.

位置：酒店位於市中心，去雜糧街附近吃吃喝喝很方便 設施：華美達的管理，和酒店佈局一項很全面到位 我們春節期間入住價格一百多，不知是不是新店優惠這個價位這個時間段衹能説性價比超級高，入住時訂的房間滿了前台小姐姐直接幫我們升級豪華房，酒店7樓有洗衣房這點很方便，早餐自助式也不錯，性價比之王。

Hotel ini sangat baru dengan kemudahan yang lengkap, peralatan tempat tidur dan bantal yang selesa, dan pelbagai sarapan pagi yang lazat. Gadis di meja depan yang bernama Zhong bersemangat dan sabar dan memperkenalkan kami kepada persekitaran sekeliling, tempat makan dan bermain. Saya akan mengesyorkannya kepada rakan-rakan saya dan saya akan pergi lagi. Saya telah digunakan untuk menempah tiket penerbangan hotel di Ctrip selama bertahun-tahun, dan saya sangat berpuas hati.

入住前一天管家Dudu已經聯繫我幫我按照我的需求，耐心不厭其煩地安排好最合適的入住房間。入住期間有問必答而且非常及時。給她和她的同事點贊👍🏻 酒店房間寬敞，開門一刻很哇塞！ 酒店和會議中心相通，參加比賽聽講座都很方便。 早餐內容比較豐富。 比賽期間，房間打掃也還滿及時的。 住店客人可以在新聞中心那裡優惠價格購買登玉帶灘船票，去買票的路上會經過免税店，零碳Bar，進去看看坐坐喝一杯打印咖啡也很舒服。碼頭旁邊小道有一座非常好看的橋，兩面綠樹夾水，還有好幾衹黑天鵝，完全是有別於亞熱帶風情的另一番仙境。 酒店可以叫外賣，在大堂交接，既保證住店客人的舒適度又提供了便利。 每間房間提供除濕機，而且都直接連下水，這個小細節真的覺得當時考慮是很細節了。 聽説是HBA的設計，因此感覺鏡子的設計沒有本地化，衣帽間一進門側面就是鏡子，馬桶後面鏡面設計把外甥女嚇了一跳。 但總體入住體驗是很不錯的，推薦入住。附近景點很蠻多的。
