地理位置優越，去那都很方便。但是房間衞生和設施就很差了。我們上去後就發現了地板上沒有打掃乾淨，還有紙巾和一個避孕套盒子（看圖）然後呢，吹風機一打開有燒焦味，我就馬上關掉了，要再開已經開不了了，最後衹能去外面理髮店洗頭髮。還有那個漱口杯也是紙杯子套了一個透明袋子，隔音也是蠻差的，2點多有人在洗澡留下來的水都能聽到。

The location is about 800 metres from the east end of 西街/West Street. The decor is a bit dated, but my room was large. I don't recommend this hotel to foreign guests. When I checked in, about five members crowded around, and all but one of them seemed to act like they had never had a foreign guest in the hotel before. Yes, my Chinese language skills are limited, but I am still a guest. They check in guests all the time, I don't know why they acted unprofessionally when I arrived. When I got to my room, it hadn't been cleaned yet, even though it was 15:30 at that point. There were three cleaners - one was courteous and apologized and told me to wait for a short time, while the other two were laughing and thought it was funny.

Had a nice 7 night stay at this traditional old house which has had 5 rooms added for guests to stay. The rooms are on the second floor so just one flight of stairs to manoeuvre. The rooms are compact but adequate and are accessed by a code rather than having a key. They often house cultural events with traditional Quanzhou performances and host activities for children especially at weekends, so music and noise from the visitors can be heard. The location is very good being a short walk away from the bell tower and a bit further walk away from Kaiyuan temple. Also the Confucius temple and mosque on Tumen Street are within easy walking distance. There is also a nice restaurant next door.

We had a nice stay for 2 nights in this little, historic place in the heart of old Quanzhou. The courtyards are very beautiful. The rooms are renovated and clean. The owner is helpful. No English but this is expected in a small place like this, and this is more authentic! One thing we did not like was that they only provide one-time use shower towels that are not comfortable to use. Parking in Quanzhou is not very convenient as this is an old city. We managed to find spots about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. It was no problem for us but be aware of it.

帶一家人出來幾天，作為領隊的忙碌是體會到了，也終於趁大家坐下來喝茶，來評價。房東蘇老師氣質好、聲音美、人温柔，服務沒得説。民宿臨街，二樓、三樓陽台喝茶可看中山路夜景。房間是東南亞風格，在中山路上，雖然這條路不能走機動車，但剛好民宿在路口，打車到路口就行；如果自駕，停在泉州大酒店停車場也很近。去西街可以溜達走過去，也可以坐“小白車”2元一位不限路程遠近，付款寶泉州公交卡）交通很方便的。承天寺、文帝廟、清凈寺、關帝廟都在1km範圍內，開元寺稍遠點但也可以順鐘塔到西街逛逛就走到了。#位置交通

值得推薦噢，房間很大也很乾凈，電視機，洗衣機，灶台，冰箱設備一應俱全，大陽台陽光充足又通透，很有歸家的感覺，個人非常非常的喜歡，而且樓下就有超市非常方便，離景區也近，出門就能掃電動車，另外老闆人也超級好，態度真的非常好，也沒有一點不耐煩。所有都簡直太完美了，下次來泉州也一定回來這裏！

一是住着便利，進客廳（茶室）和睡覺房間均有密碼鎖，安全又方便，出門右轉十幾米就是中山中路，可看到鐘樓，門口小白車招手停，可到古城任何地方。二是乾淨，舒適。毛巾、浴巾等均為一次性，房間打掃的很乾凈，衞生間熱暖很足，洗澡很舒服，茶桌配了茶具，小鍋、燒水壺。雖然沒有看到管理人員，但處處可感覺到温暖，有家的感覺。

Keluarga pemiliknya sangat baik, dan hiasan seluruh bangunan dan bilik sangat ber***a, sebuah hotel yang jarang berlaku; 4. Kopi Ikan Balang dan Black Toast disyorkan dalam jarak 100m. Foto dan rasa sangat sedap; 5. Ada Su Mu yang sangat tampan di rumah, dan mereka yang suka memaksanya pasti akan terdorong; Perasaan keseluruhan sesuai untuk perjalanan 1-2 hari di Bandar Quanzhou. Cukup selesa dan tenang, menjimatkan kos, dan kebersihan juga sangat baik. Ia sesuai untuk rakan keluarga dan pasangan.

民宿在古城裡的一條小巷子中，很容易走過，問了一個隔壁的鄰居大叔才找到。幽靜的氛圍遠離了古城的喧鬧，有種獨屬於閩南的氣質，恬淡，不張揚。房間的每一處陳設都能看得出老闆的格調，品味相當棒。雖然是下小的老式民居，但空間利用極其合理，不會感到侷促。 房客還可以在斜對門的“來福”咖啡廳免費喝一杯咖啡，咖啡店和民宿一樣格調拉滿，喜歡拍照的朋友可以在這裏任意出片。
