We would like to highlight the excellent service rendered by their duty housekeeping staff named 郑惠川. She always greeted us with a pleasant smile.She has kept the room in tiptop condition throughput our stay and has promptly and effectively handled each and every request of ours. We were particularly touched by her one small gesture, as illustrated in the little note she sent us (attached). We would appreciate it if our compliments about 郑惠川could be conveyed to the hotel management.
We also noted the excellent location of the hotel in the old city of Quanzhou. Would strongly recommend the hotel for anyone who wish to explore the old city."

This hotel is clean, new, beautifully and thoughtfully designed to every detail. All the staff had been efficient, friendly, polite, helpful and very well-trained (professional yet sincere) in delivering great service. Be it the porter, the receptionist, the concierge or even the staff standing outside the restaurant or the housekeeping staff I walked past.
I would go back to the hotel anytime again, not just because of the affordable price but for the experience. Great job there!

The only downside is there's no sound proof as you can hear next door and outside people talking. The laundry is basic and the drying is using air dry only."

"整體入住體驗還是挺不錯的，Sam接待熱情，可拍攝證件通報派出所時，我認為還是要告知住客，我第一次遇到不在住客前拍攝或是沒提醒的情況。設施都很新，不在古城內相對而言噪音還是比較小的，房間備品也更換的很即時，就是2025年新修的房間沒有電動窗簾，這點有點訝異。大床的房間，提供換鞋的位置，這地方要小心一點，雖然酒店已經保護起來了，可還是硬的，老人或是小孩撞到還是挺危險的（這點已經反應給酒店了），一開始入住的時候，有盒抽紙放在水龍頭旁有點疑惑，洗手台的漏斗記得先按開，打掃完默認會關上。酒店早餐不錯，中西餐都有，選擇不能說盡善盡美吧，但也盡可能多了，提供時段07:00-10:00。客房能要求靠近電梯就要求，前10號房走到電梯得走大半層樓。相對古城內的或是城東的酒店而言，這位置到哪基本都是打車，打車等待時間不久也可以選擇公交。整體而言，有點小毛病但不大，400/晚以下或是對價錢不敏感的人推薦。泉州是個好地方，地靈人傑，推薦大家來玩。"
