Lokasinya bagus hanya mengambil masa 12 atau 13 minit berjalan kaki ke tempat-tempat indah yang terkenal (Kuil Guanyue, Kuil Qingjing dan Kuil Tianhou). hanya berjalan kaki singkat dari Jalan Liuguan, jalan makanan dengan banyak makanan ringan yang terkenal. Ia adalah lima hingga enam minit berjalan kaki bersemangat untuk menjawab soalan dan memperkenalkan pelbagai juadah dan pemandangan yang indah. The overall at the hotel was very nice. We arrived to the hotel much earlier than our expected check-in time but the receptionist offered to take care of our luggage’s while they prepared our room and recommended food places and must-go landmarks in Quanzhou. One of the rooms had an issue with the hot water boiler and the receptionist took initiative to offer an upgraded room without extra cost. The location of the hotel is also very convenient and close to many of the famous landmarks. The rooms themselves were very cosy and clean.

The hotel is located in a central prime location in a busy but relatively quiet side street, very convenient and close to everything you ever need. Plenty of attractions,restaurants, cafes and places of interest all within walking distance. We had a fantastic time here in Quanzhou with superb and hospitable weather all through the week, no withstanding the taiphoon passing nearby. The facilities are modern, even an inhouse cafe/ restaurant which provides prompt services with near perfect tasty food and drinks. The room service on the low desk in the room made it the best and most memorable dining experience we had during the mini honeymoon. See the photos attached. The staff esp the reception, even the cleaners, went out of the way to attend to every needs and request from us, always with a smile and highly professional disposition. I personally saw how they handled a particularly difficult client with such grace and calmness, which settled the impasse pretty promptly. I saw the client a few days later who was full of smiles, satisfaction and appreciation of the level of comfort and services she received. I couldn't have been happier the 4 days staying and could have extended more days had there been rooms available. But I promise to return when the first opportunity avail itself. The only suggestion I can give is to make the slippery floor in the toilet more slip resistant. Perhaps with some thin layer of anti slip mat whenever requested by more senior clients like me. I was extra careful going in and out each time, as the water ponded easily there .

I checked in with my daughter and sister from the 20th to the 24th December 2024 and we had a wonderful experience! The hotel is very new, and the 2 rooms are impressively spacious, providing great comfort throughout our stay. The location, though not accessible by large vehicles, is well-served by convenient smaller vehicles called ”xiao bai,” which made getting around a breeze. This thoughtful arrangement added to the charm of the place. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. As someone from Singapore, I was thrilled to find my hometown breakfast featured alongside Quanzhou cuisine. The fusion of flavors was delightful, and we looked forward to it every morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Zhuang Zhuang for going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. We spent four nights here and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend QUANZHOU WEST ST. GUCHENG ALLEY YU Hotel to anyone visiting Quanzhou. Thank you for a memorable stay! ---

The accomodation is worth value for money. Strategic location & easy access to town and tourist spots.

Room is good size just lack of places for storages. The table in the room is so small and still has a gap, leaving the tea cup easily drop from the gap. The shower room has no place to hang the bath / hand towels.
