Hotel simple avec le necessaire et surtout propre. Emplacement ideal a 20 minutes a pied de la plage. Personnel tres sympathique et accueillant

Hotel posizionato in zona tranquilla. Staff alla reception eccezionali, pulizia delle camere eccellente, dotate di bollitore per te e caffè. Colazione a buffet super abbondante sia dolce che salato.

Great hotel for your stay in this area, part of thee international brand and basically, all that you need. Location was very good. Reception staff is quite friendly and helpful, they will do everything they can to accommodate you. Room was a decent size and clean. Definitely recommended if you are in this area and will be back again as I do tend to go back to hotels that I have used in the past

From all my travels, this has got to be by far the most customer service driven hotel I’ve ever experienced. The word NO, doesn’t exist here. The staff were always readily available to assist, even by going the extra mile. Perfectly based to get you to all parts of Cagliari, clean, neat and free parking with ample restaurants close by - what more could you ask for! A special thanks to ALL the staff and a particular mention to Riccardo, I hope you continue to strive and climb the ranks with Best Western recognising your outstanding managerial skills - Grazie!

Far enough from Cagliari, 10 km, in a good position. Close to Poetto and 15 mins drive to reach Cagliari. We chose this hotel bcs we wanted to explore free beach like Cala Regina. We wanted a place easy to reach, distant by the traffic jam in Cagliari.

Room is spacious with a balcony to hang your wet clothes. Close to Poetto beach but quite far from the city center but accessible with bus. Service is really good with very friendly staff. Good value for the money. Downside I could think of is the lack of food you could order.

Hotel is situated outside of the town. One visitor came for business and one for pleasure. Even though a BW elite member we were given a room on the first floor. These floors do not have an outside area. Reception staff are fantastic and friendly and helpful for recommendations. Our room overlooked the shabby building next door, dated room but clean, even though it has a small kitchenette you are not provided with any means to cook if you wanted to. Decor is dated, but bed is quite comfy. Breakfast... Is very disappointing, which seems to be the norm in Italy. Hardly any choice and nothing hot. Could not say I'd recommend for a holiday for pleasure but I was joining my husband for business.

I was impressed with everything, especially with the service at the reception and very rich breakfast. The only weak point: too far from the centre.

We had a wonderful time at Best Western. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with many places easily accessible on foot (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.). The room was sparkling clean, and the staff was absolutely amazing! I truly want to express my gratitude for making my trip extremely enjoyable and unforgettable.
